his was one of the highlights of our time in Barcelona. The tour was exceptionally well organized and featured visits to three unique food venues, each offering delicious authentic Spanish and Catalan specialties paired with local wines and cava. The food was outstanding from start to finish. Every tasting was thoughtfully selected, giving us the opportunity to experience a variety of traditional flavors while learning about the history and culture behind each dish. What truly elevated the experience was our guide, Joesph. In addition to explaining the foods we were enjoying, they provided fascinating insights into the history of Barcelona, the Gothic Quarter, and Spain as a whole. The historical context made the tour much more than just a food experience and helped us gain a deeper appreciation for the city. The pace was perfect, with a nice balance of walking, sightseeing, and dining. Exploring the charming streets and hidden corners of the Gothic Quarter while sampling amazing food and wine made for a memorable evening.
