Very disappointed with this e-bike tour. The itinerary we booked was completely changed without any advance notice. The main highlight — the stop at the Sagrada Família — was quietly dropped, and we only found out midway through the tour that we wouldn't be visiting it. If there was a "local situation" preventing the stop, that should have been communicated before the tour started, or better yet, before we booked. On top of that, the tour ran 30 minutes shorter than advertised, and we visited the same destination twice — presumably to fill time after cutting the main stop. What we experienced bore little resemblance to what was described at booking. We contacted Viator about this and still have no resolution. Poor communication, a shortened experience, and no accountability afterward. I can't recommend this tour.
We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. A route change of this significance, especially dropping the Sagrada Família stop, should have been communicated clearly before the tour began. A shortened tour visiting the same destination twice is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we understand your frustration. We are looking into this and take your feedback very seriously. 😔
The guide was extremely knowledgeable. It was a great way for our family to experience Barcelona! We were given lots of ideas of what to go back and explore on our own.

Suitable for all ages, very enjoyable and rewarding. The starting point is convenient and easy to find. Our tour guide, Marina was absolutely lovely. She was super knowledgeable and helpful. Showed us photos of different local areas and gave us a list of the best places to go. She had tons of insider knowledge that benefited us greatly!

Unorganized. Had a 10am tour. Had to stand in a line where they were selling other tours when we were supposed to start. Told to go outside, then inside and then stand in line. Told there were many tours so don’t worry. We signed up for 10am so we could be back on time. We walked away at 10:20am, i hope they enjoyed our money. Only do this if you are not on a schedule.
