I as a mom enjoyed the time there very much with my 14 year old son, it was very pleasant and relaxing and did us both very good. First there was a salt peeling, then we went to the sauna, then we were washed with foam and warm water. We were given a face mud mask and after letting it work with relaxed sounds, everyone got a very pleasant oil massage. The two ladies did a really great job, thank you for that. The only small negative point was the lady at the reception who wanted to sell us even more massage right at the beginning, even after I had denied several times. Otherwise a highly recommended experience.

Our visit to the Turkish hammam was unfortunately anything but relaxing. Although we had booked the VIP package, we were suddenly told on site that only the standard package was included – and we were to pay an additional €20 per person to get what was actually already booked. It seems like deliberate deception. Especially unpleasant: As a woman, you are washed and massaged by male staff without prior information or choice – which is very uncomfortable and inappropriate for many. During the treatment you were touched in places that have absolutely nothing to do with massage or care. This was clearly cross-border. The decor was in poor condition overall – old, partly broken and not clean. The so-called “salt room” was simply a room with some sand on the floor and a few LED-lit saltstones – definitely not a wellness experience as promised. Conclusion: Expensive, dubious and disrespectful to female guests – absolutely not recommended

A superb experience. Pick up was on time and returned to hotel within 2 hours. I didn’t opt for the extras, but they are probably good value. The spa was clean, spacious and friendly. The bubble massage in the Hamam was heavenly and the guy giving the massage was excellent and professional. Highly recommended.

The service was amazing but we paid on the app then when we got to the Spā we had to pay again for the exact same that was listed in cash.

We booked this on a whim , 1 hour before it started. We got the VIP treatment for two people (£60 total). When we got there , there was an option to spend an extra £16pp for another 30 mins added to our massage with hot stones included. We paid the extra as we thought it was a much better deal than at home. All we can say is WOW!! We were the only two in the spa so it was quiet and peaceful. We had so many different treatments which would probably cost triple the cost back at home. The whole thing was such a unique experience that we have never had before. We left feeling so peaceful and relaxed. If we had the chance , we would 100% visit again. Thank you so much!! 🩷

Good performances in general. Of course we buy at 24€ per person and on site , insistently we take for 25€ more per person ... but it is much cheaper than the service offered in our Inn Shuttle to and from time
