We were very pleased with our transfer from Banff to Calgary International Airport. One thing I especially appreciated was that the vehicle that picked us up was exactly the same Ford Transit van shown in the Viator listing. This was a pleasant surprise because during our arrival transfer, the vehicle provided was a Toyota Sienna instead of the Ford Transit shown in the photos. It was reassuring to receive the vehicle that was advertised, as it matched our expectations and provided ample space and comfort for our luggage and group. The driver was punctual, professional, and the journey was smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for providing a service that delivered exactly what was promised. We had an excellent experience and would gladly recommend this transfer to other travelers.
On June 17th/2025, I had a fantastic ride Banff to Calgary. The driver was extremely polite and quiet and was very careful with luggage. Comfortable mini Van is 1000 times better than a big scary loud bus. I was able to enjoy the views instead of being interrogated by a nosey or obnoxious driver. Finally!! It was so nice to see polite, respectful service!
