This tour was a very amazing one, especially if you’re into nature and beautiful scenery. It was a bit of a drive from Jakarta but so worth it. The white crater and the suspension bridge were both fun activities. Thank you Mr. Gindo for accompanying me on this trip, he was very knowledgeable and very friendly/accommodating as well. Simply amazing!
Five stars for our tourguide Nigi - the whole day with her was just great! She is amazing! Thank you very much one more time! :-) One star less for the price: The price is not cheap and there were some additional payments on site for some extra tickets etc. which we didn´t expect, also because the whole tour was not so cheap. It would be good to clear all costs in advance what is or is not in the price on Viator included. My recommendation for the hot springs for women: Take some old swimsuit and shorts (or swim trunks from your boyfriend :-)) and t-shirt which can be damaged (in those high temperatures and sulfide color).
It was a wonderful tour with Nigy. She has told us so much about Indonesia during our trip. The White carter is definitely a must see. The hot springs was a very unique place. I strongly recommand the tour!
We had a wonderful day with Nigi who was not only knowledgeable about the area but also the history. We saw the beautiful crater, had a tour of the tea factory which was fascinating and then a lovely soak in the hot springs.
It was a wonderful tour guided by Ms Nigi exploring nature, enjoying fresh air and knowing more about Indonesia. Loved the lake, suspension bridge and the hot springs. I really enjoyed trying the local sweets and snacks. It was a lovely experience.
Our Tour was very good thanks to our tour guide Ms Nigi. The drawback was booking on a long weekend holiday. The traffic caused our travel time to be extended and unfortunately it also rained. Despite all of that we were able to see most of the things on the tour and Nigi's upbeat attitude made it easy to enjoy.
... Stunning Day in the Bandung Highlands with Nigy I have to say, this was one of the most impressive day trips I’ve ever experienced. Between the striking crater, the lush TEA plantations and the relaxing hot springs, the landscape is just beautiful. What really made the day, though, was my guide, Nigy. She’s incredibly passionate and knowledgeable, which turned what I thought would be a standard tour into a truly special outing. As a tour guide myself, I’m always observing how others work, and I can honestly say she is one of the best I’ve come across—and a great driver to boot! If you’re looking at booking this team, I wouldn't hesitate. If you can, try to request Nigy—you won’t be disappointed. A quick tip for fellow travelers: If you can manage it, go on a weekday. I went mid-week and the traffic wasn't bad at all. I imagine the weekends could get pretty choked up with traffic both ways, so a weekday trip is definitely the way to go if you want to maximize your time at the sites.
Great tour covering the most interesting tourist spots south of Bandung. My guide Nigy was friendly and knowledgeable with the locations and Bandung City itself as well. Most tickets are included but there are a few addons that are quite cheap. Some of the rides at the hotspring spot feel a bit sketchy but seem generally okay
Tour guide Bobby was very accommodating, knowledgeable and patient with our group activities. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide for the day
Very enjoyable and interesting day out in Ciwidey. Amazing natural hot springs and lake. Beautiful tea plantation. Ci Ci is a helpful and flexible guide.
