Absolutely fab services provided by Adi. Amazing individual who works around your schedule never rushed and very considerate which helps when you are travelling with family. Along with this fab customer experience he also a great guide and does pre-planning to ensure your trip goes smoothly. Highly recommended!!!
Out experience was amazing!!!! Ajik Ngurah was amazing!!!! From the arrival at the airport he was so helpful and welcoming!! In addition he made our entire trip to Bali absolutely amazing! We felt so safe driving with him!!! The roads are a little narrow but his calm and careful driving made everything stress free!! We will be telling everyone to contact him!!
My collection with Viator from the airport to the accommodation was as usual, easy. Through WhatsApp the Driver sent a photo and message of his position in the pickup area. Great service!!
Our driver was great! Very friendly and communicated from the start to very our arrival. We are using him again for transport between hotels. Great guy!
Dirga was an excellent driver. We got in very late to the airport and he was waiting for us with a smile. He got us on our way quickly to our hotel. Because of a mixup with viator we ended up not being able to use him as our tour guide and we were sad. Dirga was very kind and put together an itinerary for us. We highly recommend him if you need a driver in Bali!

Driver arrived before appointed time so we left exactly on time. Pleasant and informative person. Would recommend him.
The driver wasn’t there. I told them I was landing at 7pm and he didn’t walk up until 8pm. He didn’t have a sign with my name on it as promised and had to FaceTime me to find me. No one wants to come off an international flight and wait outside the airport hoping the ride would show up. There weren’t traffic issues. He was just late and unprepared.
If you need an airport transfer, book them! Even with Nyepi they made sure we got to our hotel with no issues, 12/10 recommend!!
