Partindo do seu ponto de encontro, percorremos o Ponta Delgada Ocean Boulevard em nosso caminho para a primeira parada em Vista do Rei.
VISTA do REI onde você terá a oportunidade de admirar um dos cartões postais panorâmicos mais conhecidos das Ilhas Açores, a vista acima de Sete Cidades Verde e Lagos Azuis. A magnífica vista da ilha segundo maior cratero vulcânico com 5 km de diâmetro. Saiba sobre o histórico hotel abandonado no topo da montanha que foi aberto por apenas 18 meses.
Descendo para a tranquila e bela aldeia de Sete Cidades, uma curta parada na ponte entre os lagos antes de chegar no centro localizado no fundo do enorme cratero vulcânico. Tempo para um café e caminhar no centro da aldeia e desfrutar de algum tempo na margem do Lago Azul. Uma oportunidade única para ter contato direto com as pessoas locais desta localização do Paraíso na Terra.
No caminho de volta a Ponta Delgada, mais uma parada no Pico do Carvão para desfrutar de uma vista deslumbrante da Ilha S Miguel e do Norte e do Sul ao mesmo tempo. O cenário beatifull da parte mais baixa e mais estreita da ilha S Miguel com a Lagoa de Fogo no fundo. A partir daqui aprenderemos sobre a formação desta ilha, e em um dia claro, é possiblke ver quase toda a extensão da ilha com Pico da vara, o ponto mais alto no horizonte
Voltando a Ponta Delgada em uma estrada serpentina, passamos pelos belos campos de grama que fornecem alimento natural para alimentar nossas mais de 100.000 vacas pretas e brancas. Chegando a Ponta Delgada, visitaremos uma plantação de abóbora para aprender sobre este processo exclusivo de crescimento deste Rei das Frutas em um ambiente especial, único no mundo.

Andre was great! A perfect English speaker and very knowledgeable. We were a party of four and his clean and comfortable Mercedes van was very comfortable.
The meeting information was horrible. It had us going across the island 30 min to meet. When I tried to call or message the provider, I never received a response. Had to call viator and they were not much help also

We would like just to remind you the informstion you have on your ticket or displayed at the activity webpage "What's Included Free Pick up and Drop off at Your Hotel/Cruise Ship Terminal or Airport in Ponta Delgada In this case you didn't have to search us for 30 min in the city or be waiting for us since 1:00pm one your tour had a starting time at 2 pm. The only option was to meet us inside the cruise ship terminal where your ship docked, 1 min after exiting the ship's door. As you were dully informed, your guide was touring other clients in the morning period and, as you well understand, for safety reasons he is not allowed to asnwer phone calls while driving or guiding. As soon as it was possible, I personnally answered you call and informed you were we were, Inside the Terminal where you found us. Amazing overview of the island! Guide was super knowledgeable regarding island history and the things to do when or if we had more time.

We had an amazing private tour in the Azores and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Rodrigo was incredibly knowledgeable about the island, its history, and all the local spots, and he shared so many interesting details throughout the day. He was attentive, friendly, and very generous with his time, making sure we never felt rushed and that we got to see everything we wanted. His enthusiasm and professionalism really made the experience special. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and it made the tour even more enjoyable for us. We can’t recommend this tour enough — it’s an absolute must-do when visiting the Azores!

The drive around the volcano was amazing and interesting. Mario was an excellent tour guide. Highly recommend.

Rafael met us immediately past security at the cruise terminal. He walked us to his Mercedes van parked 50 feet away. From that point on, he shared the love of his home with us. He did a great job taking us to all the places to see and was able to miss the busloads of tourists in each spot. It was a pleasant way to see the island in a leisurely way. Can't recommend this enough.

We spent a lovely afternoon with Mario. The van was comfortable and nice way to spend a day after several days of hiking. Mario was so informative and interesting! The views were breathtaking and surprises were welcome. We stopped off for a snack and rest and then finished with a visit to a pineapple farm. Completely unexpected! I highly recommend this tour.

Erik was a great guide and friendly with kids. He helped watch our little one and even entertained them at the many places we stopped. He grew up on the island with a long family history there so was great to talk to him about island life and what to explore. He knew alternatives for places to eat and places to take us.
