Aventura Rafting em Rio Songprak de Krabi

Overpriced overrated very far from phuket patong about 3 hours other than rafting it did not work for me do not waste your day on this phi phi maya bey worth it take that one never pay more than 1400 baht on any activities.Could not take photos when rafting due to danger of losing phone.

Wow this was bad. We did many trips in Thailand and felt like a guest in this beautiful country. This trip people were trying to put there hand in your pocket and you felt like a customer/target all day. The price is not correct! You actually get charged £20 extra to do the rafting otherwise you have to get out after 30 minutes and wait in the sun. It is really badly organised no times waiting points information and we didn’t even get water apart from at lunch which was terrible. But the worst part is you are not actually rafting you are holding on intermittently whilst the river runs and flows due to it not actually being a proper river and opened by a damn and the sheer amount t of people. It also takes close to 3 hours to get there from Ao Nang. We have loved Thailand and the people but this really is a terrible thing. Also if you don’t choose elephant riding/bathing which I don’t understand why people would, you have to sit on the coach and wait for the idiots that do while staring at poor elephants

Unfortunately, little fun for a lot of money. The tours are booked with ziplining, monkey temple, waterfall and rafting. Unfortunately, a complete rip-off. The first stop was the rafting, unfortunately much too short, 5km is about a 15-minute drive. You could also drive 7km, but that would obviously cost more money. Photos were taken, for which you obviously have to pay money so that they can be sent via WhatsApp (20€, a disgrace). The quad ride was also very boring and monotonous, 15 minutes of driving around a few bends, instead of the stated 30 minutes. The waterfall is not a real waterfall, it was artificially built with pipes and is about 1.5m high. The temple was also a disappointment, as you have to pay extra money for entry. All in all, a complete rip-off, very disappointing.

Good but very busy, you don’t really know what’s happening next ! You’re almost pressured into doing the other activities whether you have paid for them or not

should have included the additional “exciting” section in the price not a lot if rafting for the 2hr journey from Krabi - lunch was not up to much either.

Brilliant fun, teenage kids had a great time too, staff were lovely and food served afterwards was delicious - highly recommended!

This is advertised as a tour from Krabi, however the river is in fact a 6 hour return drive away. The rafting itself doesn’t start till noon but we were still picked up in Krabi at 7;30 whereafter we were dropped off en route at a somewhat pointless car park for a break. They could have picked us up at 9am and still had plenty of time to get there. However, that being said the actual white water rafting was brilliant as were the amazing staff and hard working rafters that took us down river. Adding a great lunch salvaged the day.

This was soooo fun! The whole experience was fantastic. The pick up from the start of the hotel was super on time, & it kinda helped that other tourists who booked this activity on the same shuttle minivan were punctual. All of us packed onto the minivan & took abt an hour/hour & a half ride to the locations that we booked the ATV ride, the elephant feeding activity & the white water rafting river area. ✅ Driver was friendly & patient, very punctual ✅ The two guys on our raft helping us to navigate through the waters we're SUPER FUNNY & friendly & we couldn't help but to tip them cos they were really damn accommodating, extremely funny with their monkey jokes & splashing water at us & helping us splash water on others (legit it was such a good time lolol) & they rly helped us a lot, seems like they had alot of experience ❎ the lady at the ATV station with the micro bladed heavily tattooed eyebrows was abit fierce & unfriendly though, like she couldn't wait for us to get over & done with our ATV ride & when I *almost, yet DIDN'T, almost crashed into a minivan that probably belonged to her or her company (no damages. didn't even scrape that minivan vehicle with my loaned ATV) she SCREAMED hellfire at me & legit yelled like no tomorrow abt having to be careful & when we were done she snatched away our helmets "ok bye bye" & I was like woah woah what now... LOL. idk maybe she was having a bad day? all in all, everything went smoothly & we were dropped back at our hotel in Krabi safely after all the fun hehe I'd pay good money to do this again with other friends who've not experienced this before!!!!! ❤️💯

If you want to spend your day in a bus and waiting around, this tour is for you. Poorly organised and a lack of communication about the order of activities and what was actually happening with the staff. The lunch was delicious and the rafting was great. But overall about 1 hour of fun in an 8 hour day.

Perhaps the worst tour I’ve ever been on. I bought it on viator the night before. I received an email that they’d pick us up at 8. At 8:30, after I got tired of staring at the door, I finally decided to reach out to them and they responded that they’re running late because one of the passengers was late. They didn’t even have the courtesy to let us know so we wouldn’t have to wait in the lobby. They also didn’t apologize for the delay. The driver showed up at 9! I asked the other attendees who was late and they all responded that the driver picked them up late too. It took us almost 2 hours to get there. The rafting was less than 30 minutes long and they kept trying to sell the longer option to all of us at an additional rate. They even charged us 250 baht per person for the photos. Anyways, We had purchased the tour with ATV. After rafting, they asked us to go on a complimentary zip line. It was one line. Lasted 5 seconds and then we had to walk back. The organizers then kept circling back to us regarding whether we should go to ATV after rafting or do it after lunch. Finally, he said since we were the only 2 people in our party who had booked the ATV, they told us to eat lunch first and then quickly head to the ATV. We ate lunch in less than 10 minutes then a truck took us to the ATV site. Despite booking for an hour, the whole ATV experience was 45 minutes. The first 15-20 minutes, the guide was slowly taking us around the lot to “teach us”. We’ve done ATV in other places and I can confidently say it was a Super boring experience. Once the ATV ended, we had to wait for 15 minutes until the driver arrived. During this time they sold us our atv photos for 200 baht. At this point, we assumed we’re going to be heading to the next destination directly BUT the driver said we had to wait another 30 minutes - 1 hour because 6 people in our party were going on ATV tours. We were mind-blown! If they had the ATV experience part of their package then why didn’t we all head there together?! I contacted the operator but they could care less and refused to arrange transportation for us to leave. We ended up waiting another 45 minutes until the party ended their atv segment. We were then taken to the waterfalls without ANY tour guide to explain as to where we are or what the place was. The driver would only tell us “here for three zero minutes”. After the waterfalls, we were taken to the monkey temple. Again, no explanation provided. After spending thirty minutes there, we headed back to the hotel (almost 2 hour drive). The van was super small and every single seat was taken. Felt extremely nauseous in the confined space and long distance. There are many better tour operators. I would avoid this tour at all costs and will be sending an official complaint to the tourism board.
