A Garden Route é um pequeno pedaço do céu escondido na costa leste da África do Sul. Nosso passeio de 4 dias incorpora os destaques da área junto com a paisagem esplêndida. Isto é perfeito para aqueles que não têm muito tempo, mas desejam experimentar a famosa Garden Route juntamente com muitas das suas atividades!

Itinerário
Saia da Cidade do Cabo às 6h e siga até Oudtshoorn na área semi-desértica de Little Karoo, que também é a capital mundial dos avestruzes. Esta unidade segue a mundialmente famosa Rota 62, que é a rota do vinho mais longa do mundo! Visitaremos as Grutas do Cango para um passeio por este magnífico sistema de cavernas e também visitaremos uma fazenda de avestruzes para ver mais de perto essa enorme ave. Esta noite, ficaremos em Oudtshoorn e jantaremos com um delicioso avestruz. (Jantar)
Saindo de Oudtshoorn, cruzaremos a cordilheira até a costa e a belíssima Garden Route. Nossa primeira parada é o mirante panorâmico do 'mapa da África' no deserto e depois partimos para Knysna (consistentemente votada como a cidade favorita da África do Sul). Aqui vamos visitar as cabeças de Knysna, Waterfront, mercados e explorar completamente. Depois de Knysna passamos por Plettenberg Bay onde pernoitamos em Storms River Village
O magnífico Parque Nacional Tsitsikamma nos espera esta manhã. Ondas trovejantes, floresta densa, pássaros e lontras abundantes, este Parque Nacional tem tudo! Caminhe pela rota costeira até a ponte suspensa sobre Storms River Mouth e experimente o que torna este o parque mais pitoresco da África do Sul Do Cabo Oriental, voltamos para a Garden Route e para a Bungy Bridge mais alta do mundo em Bloukrans (muito tempo para pular para os caçadores de emoções). Este bungy de 216 m de altura é uma verdadeira maravilha de se ver, mesmo para quem tem medo de altura! Nossa jornada nos leva ao Garden Route Game Lodge, onde também pernoitaremos no alojamento de luxo. Faremos um safári no final da tarde onde teremos a oportunidade de ver rinocerontes, leões, búfalos, chitas e muitas variedades de espécies de antílopes. Um suntuoso e variado jantar buffet é servido na pousada e é mais um destaque! (Café da manhã, Jantar)
Começamos o dia cedo com um safári matinal para ver alguns daqueles animais que não vimos na noite anterior. seguimos para Hermanus e o melhor local de observação de baleias terrestres do mundo (junho-dezembro). As baleias francas do sul estão fazendo um retorno dramático depois de quase serem extintas há apenas 50 anos. Voltamos à Cidade do Cabo no final da tarde pela deslumbrante costa de False Bay, onde com sorte veremos alguns golfinhos para nos receber em casa. (Café da manhã)

Quite a personalized tour. Mawande had been punctual, courteous, patient and very knowledgeable about the entire route... would recommend.
We had a lovely trip with Mawande! He knows a lot about history, nature and the culture in SA. We did a lot of fun activities and when I had to go to the hospital Mawande was really helpful which I really appreciated. Also all the accommodations where we stayed at were very nice. Next time I will travel with him again, thank you for all the pictures, driving us around all day and the fun dinner table conversations!
What a fantastic experience. Our amazing guide Mawande was so professional, knowledgeable and took such great care of us. The tour itself was great and packed so much in a limited time - the highlight for sure has to be the Garden Route Game Reserve - an incredible accommodation and experience. Highly recommend and if you’re lucky you may end up with Mawande as your guide :)

We booked a guide for a four-day tour along the garden route and were very lucky to be on the road with Mawande. He has done his job really excellently and attentively attended to our needs all the time. He drove to all the planned stations reliably and not only brought us safely from place to place, but also showed us many additional things and explained them that made our trip even more interesting. You can tell that he really goes out of his way to give his guests a special experience. Being on the road with Mawande was a lot of fun. His friendly, cheerful manner made the tour very enjoyable. He was always courteous, helpful and extremely dedicated to giving us a nice time. We can fully recommend both the tour and Mawande as a guide.
Vaughan was THE BEST guide ever for our trip! We don't usually take guided trips but we were so pleased that we had this time. We saw everything we wanted, laughed and learned loads. This tour was a great way to get a taste of the garden route! Our guide, Dylan, was highly informative, attentive and entertaining! Dylan ensured everyone was comfortable, had a good time and got the most out of this trip. The itinerary was very well planned, just enough to keep the days busy and diverse without feeling rushed. The accommodations, breakfasts and dinners were great and the safari game drives were a special experience. I would highly recommend anyone short on time to do this tour!

We had a fantastic 4 day Garden Route trip with Mawande, our excellent driver guide. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and we learnt so much about South Africa. He made our trip truly unforgettable! The scenery is very beautiful with vineyards, mountains and coastal views. The highlight of the trip was the Garden Route Game lodge and safari. I would highly recommend this trip and definitely ask for Mawande. He was truly amazing.
Mawande - what a fantastic, incredible, gifted tour guide. He is legendary - an absolute first class man: professional, punctual and personable! He honestly made this trip the highlight of our stay in South Africa. He was across all the details, full of knowledge about the route and all the destinations and a great driver too! The 4 day tour was amazing- we loved Tsitikamma and the Game lodge. The accommodation was really good and each stop offered a different perspective on this multi-faceted country. From ostrich farms, suspension bridges, African penguins to the Big 5 - we covered it all! But honestly, if you’re doing this tour - you need to ask for Mawande as he is an exceptional tour guide and I can’t imagine doing this trip without him.
