Our website clearly provides the designated meeting points, and guests are asked to be at the designated waiting area approximately 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Our company drivers do make reasonable efforts to contact guests who are not present at the designated waiting area. However, it is ultimately the guest’s responsibility to be at the specified meeting point at the scheduled time. In accordance with our company policy, guests who are not present at the designated pick-up location may be marked as a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.
