We had an amazing buggy session, it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The views were absolutely incredible and made the whole adventure even more special. A special mention to Oscar, our instructor, who was extremely friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the activity. He really made a difference! We also really appreciated the team’s kindness and flexibility. We had a reservation but arrived late, and they were kind enough to reschedule us without any problem. That was truly top service, so a big thank you to the whole team for that! Highly recommended!
Top experience had by Jack. He knows a lot about the area and is the peace itself. Driving the buggy itself is a lot of fun and a very cool experience through the mountains.

The buggy ride was really fun even with rainy weather- our guide was extremely nice, informative and concerned about our safety which we appreciate The experience could have been better if the supplier communicated before the trip and responded on our inquiries the morning of related to the location meeting point- that is not th tour guides fault. We messaged his boss a few times both via Viator and by cell phone- no response. We found the meeting point with the help of the local people this morning who weee gracious to point us in the right direction. The meeting point directions should be updated with photos so travelers know where to go. I’m a luxury travel advisor (I did disclose that to them so I could see if I would recommend this to clients or not). The office person who opened the office was unfriendly and with no response this could have gone very wrong. Luckily they have an amazing tour guide who steals the show from them.
Absolutely shocking service. We had to walk away. Was kept waiting after making a phone call on where to meet. Then made to walk 20mins to get to the buggies. My mother who is elderly nearly collapsed. The guy who escorted us said he ‘didn’t care’. We was furious! Rang Viator to get a refund to be told the vendor has to approve it. Now will probably have to go through my credit card company. Experience has ruined our day, thanks.
Hello, we regret that the 'experience' ruined your day, as everything you have stated in the review is false. You arrived early; the reservation was at 3:00 PM, hence your waiting time, because at 3:00 PM we left for the garage. The distance from the port to the buggy garage is exactly 8 minutes on foot, and according to your watch, it took you between 10 and 12 minutes. We have cameras that show everything we are saying. Our guide was concerned about your mother at all times, in addition to offering her water and a rest. Therefore, this is disrespectful to our company and our employees. You left the garage without saying anything. The concerned guide went to find you since you left without giving an explanation. When he found you, we sat in a park and you treated him rudely, disrespecting him, whereas he never disrespected you at any time. Nevertheless, as we are a great team, we have authorized Viator to give you a parcial refound
Great tour of the Marvella country side. Jave was great. We enjoyed our time.
Great and super fun experience!
Exciting, fun and a bit of dare/scary. But well guided and a laugh guaranteed! Meeting point was a bit difficult to find if you think of buggy’s , but they also do jetski, so the Harbour parking is therefor logical. Great fun & adventures

Jack, our guide was great. He was full of interesting stories, history, and useful information. He kept the speed up when my husband was driving and slowed it down a bit when it was my turn to drive. (We were the only buggy so it wasn't interfering with anyone else) Ask for him when you book I'd love to do another area after a rain so we could get some mud flying
