Aula de culinária autêntica da Puglia na casa de uma família local perto de Lecce

My family from Florida in the United States met other visitors to Puglia from Australia and the UK. Our gratious hosts provided local aperitifs and appetizers as we had introductions in the pool area We moved into the house to learn how to make two different kinds of pastas the 'Puglia Way'. It was really fun and everyone had a great time. The dinner that followed was great as we got to enjoy out pasta served with a couple different sauces. Desert was hand-made by Enza and was a crostata recipe handed down by her grandmother. Memories were created that will last a lifetime. Grazie Tutti!

We went to Enza’s pasta making course as 2 couples from Australia. Enza made sure that nothing was too much hassle. She arranged pick up and drop off which was super easy. We were greeted by her family and were made to feel so welcome. We had traditional foods made with home grown local ingredients. The pasta course was very informative, and Enza was super passionate ( and patient ) with ourselves. Wines and Prosecco was freely flowing. We made instant friendships with others from the group which came from many different parts of the world. We were made to feel welcome right from the get go. We have done lots of cooking classes around the world. This was by far the best one. We have raved about it to friends and family. Can’t wait to get home and try our new skill.

Wow, what an evening! From start to finish, this was a truly wonderful experience. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with open arms into the hosts' family home. Everything about this night seemed almost too good to be true - the setting, food, wine, music, sunset, people...even the dog! We did not stop laughing and smiling all evening. Enza even kindly arranged transport to and from our accommodation so that everything was as smooth and laid back as possible. I honestly have no feedback as to how this could be improved, it was literally perfect. Thank you for an amazing experience ❤️ If you are thinking of booking, do not hesitate, this has been the highlight of our entire trip and one that we won't forget!

We had such a wonderful and cozy evening with this lovely Italian family! From the moment we arrived, we received the warmest welcome, with a delicious glass of Prosecco and a traditional Italian aperitivo, homemade with ingredients from their own garden. After that, we learned how to make two different types of pasta from scratch and then we all sat down together to enjoy everything we had made. The pasta was absolutely delicious, great wine, limoncello and lovely conversations. It truly felt like an authentic Italian experience and was one of the highlights of our trip. We had an amazing evening and would definitely recommend it. Thank you so much, Enza and Antonio, for your incredible hospitality!

We had such a wonderful evening with the lovely family of Enza, Antonio, their daughter Cristina and Josh. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and welcoming reception. The pasta-making class was so much fun, relaxed and gezellig, with delicious wine, great food and lots of laughter. It truly felt like spending an evening with friends rather than attending a cooking class. We would highly recommend this experience to everyone — whether you’re a couple, with friends, or even with children. A beautiful and authentic experience that we will remember for a long time!

From the moment you walk into Enza and Antonio’s beautiful property, you are greeted with genuine warmth. The whole family was there welcoming us into their home. We had aperitifs, and appetizers prepared by our hosts, everything was delicious! We then learned to make two types of pasta with hands on instruction from Enza and Antonio. We then sat down to enjoy our meal with wine and homemade lemonade with our hosts and our new friends. The whole evening was full of warmth, laughter and great time with people we just met, all made possible by the vibe that Antonio and Enza set. Somehow in between of all of the cooking, Antonio managed to put together an amazing video from our evening, which was a great way to end! My family and I can not recommend this enough! Grazie mille!!!

Everything about this experience was wonderful! Enza and her family are warm, welcoming and make you instantly feel like old friends. The property is beautiful and also very homey and comfortable. They provided a full spread of meats, cheeses, breads and homemade spreads made with ingredients from their garden. The pasta making was well explained and they came around and gave individual help and feedback through the whole process. Dinner was beautifully set up outside and everyone sat together at a large table. There was a constant flow of wine and the evening ended with a delicious dessert. Well worth the money and definitely one of our favorite experiences while in Italy!

With 2 friends, we were looking to learn more about Italian culture and participate in a cooking class with an Italian family. It was exactly what we needed! We had a wonderful evening (and our taste buds did too!), Enza and Antonio are very welcoming, kind, funny, and you feel right at home. Great class and a very good meal, we recommend it 1000% PS: very good limoncello ;)
