Outstanding experience! There were seven family and friends (ages 18 to 74) who all loved making the strudel and knokerl. The setting is unique. The Edelweiss employees did a marvelous job of keeping the tables well supplied and spotless. The lunch was delicious and much appreciated. Thank you very much!

Our class leaders were lovely, helpful, and encouraging, even though our strudel wasn't quite as pretty as the example.

We loved the class that we did. The strudel was fun plus we made an additional dessert though I can’t remember the name. Goulash was good for lunch. The two ladies working were very nice and helpful. I would definitely take another class here and recommend.

What a fun way to send the afternoon! Leonardo and Imasha were wonderful instructors, made the class fun, and so helpful in answering questions. The instructions were easy to understand, the class was a great size, and the food was delicious! We enjoyed the goulash, nockerl, and strudel. It made for a filling and delicious lunch! What a fun way to try what you made and learn about traditional dishes! It is perfect for any level of cooking experience. I definitely recommend taking this cooking class when visiting Salzburg!

This was an outstanding experience! We had so much fun making the two dishes and lunch was delicious. Everyone was so helpful and lovely. It is extremely well organized and efficient.

Really enjoyed the whole experience. Our guide was lovely and made it a great cooking lesson. The food was excellent. The whole group were very friendly.

Lovely afternoon learning how to make 2 traditional desserts! We were given clear, step-by-step directions for how to make the strudel, then how to make the pastry (which was pre-made because it requires time & refrigeration to cure), then our strudels were put in the oven. We then learned how to make the soufflé, following the same instruction process. We sat down and had some goulash soup (which was quite good) and had the opportunity to buy drinks in addition to the water that was provided. We had some time for conversation with our fellow classmates while eating the soup, then our desserts came out of the ovens and were served to us. Yummy! Very enjoyable experience!!

Such a wonderful experience for our family learning to make Apple Strudel!! We also got to enjoy a delicious meal together while it baked!
