It was a time filled with warmth, hospitality, smiles and of course a lot of heart 🩷, not to mention great food, visiting a family in India. Mr. Sandri is a wonderful teacher who truly loves cooking! The kitchen, the apartment is kept very clean and it is a nice and windy place from the balcony. I'd love to hear about it again! Thank you very much.
We learned some classics––including how to make the softest idli ever––and we loved how accommodating Sundarii was of our veganism! We'd recommend it and would be happy to do another class in the future!

We absolutely loved our cooking experience with Sundarii! She was informative on the spices and techniques, warm and friendly, and truly made us feel welcome and at home. We love to cook and will treasure the recipes she sent with us. We chose the veg option, and were delighted by the simple techniques to make truly delicious dishes from lentils, potatoes, and other common ingredients back home! I had the pleasure of attending Ms. Sundarii's cooking class while on a business trip in Bangalore; in my free time on the weekend, I wanted to do something that was not just the typical tourist experience, and my husband, who loves cooking with Indian spice blends, suggested I look for a cooking class so I could learn all about how to use the spices authentically. He does nearly all the cooking at home, so I'm not exactly a chef, but thankfully Ms. Sundarii was very patient and the class is very beginner-friendly. The pacing was also very relaxed even though we made something like five dishes in 2-3 hours. She completely customized our menu to my preferences; she suggested a spicy fish curry that sounded delicious, but I asked to make a chicken dish since we cook a lot of chicken at home, and in the end we made both (as well as several other side dishes). Everything was delicious, but the fish curry was the standout, so if you take this class, I can highly recommend this one! But I'm sure everything you make will be wonderful. As a foodie, this class gave me a deep appreciation for just how many herbs and spices and ingredients go into Indian dishes. Ms. Sundarii and her family were very kind and welcoming, and if work ends up sending me to Bangalore again in the future, I will definitely try to take another class and learn how to make more dishes!
This will be a memory I will always cherish with my trip to India. Sundarii and her husband were wonderful hosts. I learned so much about Indian spices and their traditional foods. I felt when I left that I can definitely be able to remake the dishes we made.

It was a delightful and enlightening experience, and we are incredibly grateful for her warmth and willingness to share her culinary expertise with us. Her teaching style was so meticulous and easy to follow, which made the whole experience enjoyable and educational. But most importantly, the dishes we made under her guidance turned out absolutely delicious! We were also thrilled to learn about ingredients and spices that are not commonly found in Japan. It was a wonderful opportunity to get hands-on experience with such unique items, and we truly appreciated the chance to learn from her directly in such an immersive way. We would love to take another class with her in the future. Thanks again for such a memorable and tasty experience!
Had a great time being hosted by Sundarii who was very hospitable and also knowledgeable. We made Aval kheer and potato capsicum curry, both delicious. Great experience overall, would highly recommend
