O instrutor é um chef profissional com uma formação educacional e 7 anos de experiência na cozinha coreana. (Working michelin guia um restaurante estrela e consulado coreano nos EUA como chef) A aula começará com uma demonstração seguida pelas mãos na porção. Durante a demonstração, você terá um pouco de chá ou refrigerante, preparado pelo Chef com ingredientes de alta qualidade de várias fazendas coreanas. No final da aula, você aprenderá como cozinhar comida coreana tradicional do zero. O espaço também é perfeito para tirar fotos durante e depois da aula, e você poderá ter sua comida no estúdio ou levá-la para ir. O estúdio é facilmente acessível ao Palácio Gyeongbokgung e ao mercado tradicional. Estou ansioso para conhecer todos!

A great teacher and very helpful and kind! She was very easy to talk to and made learning interesting and fun! She's super helpful with fun places to go in Korea for first timers too :)
S a fun experience to learn how to make Kimchi. My daughter loves it so it was great to learn how to do this. She was very informative, friendly and a great way to spend some time during our trip.

Chef Hakyung provided a great experience! I’m not a cook, but still had fun with my spouse (who usually cooks) :) Can’t wait to have our kimchi when we go home!

A very clean and cozy place. She made a delicious Korean seafood pancake before the class. We learned everything from the washing of cabbage to cutting and of course preparing the ingredients. She speaks great English and answered all our questions. It was amazing! The time was perfect, exactly as announced and we departed the place with our recently made kimchi .

Chef Hakyung’s kimchi class was amazing the overall experience was phenomenal. The small class size made it easy for Chef Hakyung to give her undivided attention to everyone in the class. She explained to us the history of making Kimchi as well as the different ways and styles to make Kimchi. The class was informative and fun! I especially enjoyed the seafood pancake and drinks she made while we were getting set up!
