Desfrute de um ambiente amigável, conheça novas pessoas e sinta-se mais saudável e equilibrado! As aulas estão bem, mesmo com um pouco de chuva de verão, mas cancelaremos em caso de chuva forte. Você pode remarcar ou obter um reembolso total, se a aula for cancelada.

After a long and weathery winter in the Arctic North, this was like waking up and really charging the batteries. Bright sun, mild breeze, the even sound of the eternal ocean waves, balancing barefoot in the sand and finally having a refreshing sea dip. Thank you Xenia for this magic morning class. You made my day!

We all absolutely LOVED our yoga session with Xenia on a breezy October day. Overlooking the sea, finding peace in the hubbub of a Saturday afternoon, and the sun shone on us all. The session was pitched perfectly for twelve 50 something ladies - a mix of relaxation, strength and fun balance work. Thanks Xenia, it was fab!

Had a lovely yoga class on the seafront. It was really varied and inclusive for all levels (including a pregnant hen) and we all felt so relaxed afterwards. Xenia was very professional and stopped some unusual passers-by from interfering, with great humour, making the whole session even funnier. Also great value for money with yoga mats included.

We really enjoyed the yoga session, and left feeling relaxed. Xenia ensured that everyone was comfortable during the session. Unfortunately the weather was not good enough for yoga on the beach, but the studio was cosy and warm.

Made the most of the late heatwave by attending this class. A regular if not totally committed or enthusiastic yoga participant, this class is different in a few ways. Firstly, the outside environment is utilised and appreciated. Grass underneath, blue sky above, blue sea ahead. Can't beat that..Dogs come and go. Few people politely stare. The group leader Xenia does a great job in bringing together the groups focus to the class. She's very welcoming and approachable, warm and friendly and for me, the top reason I choose to attend this group as opposed to many others available. Sea dips after the class are optional but encouraged!

Due to the Great British weather our session had to be moved indoors but communication with Xenia was very good in the lead up to the event. She also amended the class to make it a couples event which made it so much fun, and a great start to the Hen weekend.

We did the hour yoga class for hen parties and had a brilliant time. We were due to do it on the sea front but it was very cold, so Xenia kindly offered her studio instead, which worked out perfectly. The yoga class was perfect for our groups ability, and Xenia offered slightly more complex moves for the few who had done yoga in the past, alongside making sure our pregnant hen was safe but able to join in. Highly recommend for hens looking for a different activity!

We had the most fabulous vinyasa yoga in a grove of trees looking out to sea! Xenia was a brilliant calm and experienced teacher and we all left the class feeling refreshed and ready for the day. I’d highly recommend her for any yoga class and if I lived closer would be a regular!
