Você quer entender o modo de vida e a cultura alimentar no Marrocos? Nossa experiência na Cooking Class será perfeita para isso! Todas as aulas de culinária incluíam uma visita ao Souk e à loja, preparação de entrada, prato principal e sobremesa. No final da sessão, desfrutaremos das refeições e tomaremos um amigável e feliz chá marroquino. A aula começa às 10H30 e dura aproximadamente 04H.

Very patient with all ages and disabilities. Included a child (age 6) demonstrating and encouraging to try new methods of cooking. Adapted meal to be both vegetarian and not based on desires of the group. Gave time to rite down directions of what was being cooked/how it was cooked. Stated they would follow up with the recipe.

A nice simple cooking class in riad inside th eold medina. Rabab was great to deal with and met us in an easy to find location just outside the medina. A trip around the market to get fresh ingredients from her favourite sellers then a short walk to the riad to cook a great lunch. We cooked a couple of tangines, dips/salad and a simple fruit cocktail for desert. All easy but delicious. a real hands on class. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and learned a couple of new recipes which we will be using at home.

This was a highlight of our trip! Not only did we get to make local cuisine, but Rabab was great at ensuring we got all the recipes after. The guided shopping experience was so fun. It was intimate and the beautiful courtyard. Hands-down, a must do.

This was a fantastic experience! We met Rabab in the market for groceries for our cooking class, then went to a beautiful Riad where we cooked in a calm garden. Everything was set-up and ready to go. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend, you get the recipes afterwards 😊

What a fun experience. First we went shopping at the local market for all that we needed to make this authentic Moroccan meal. Rabab guided us to all the right places. Then we came to her riad to put all the dishes together. Rabab explained each step but had all of us chop, add spices, stir the sauces, roast the peppers and other techniques to make three taijines and three salads. It was a beautiful and delicious meal. And fun to share with others we met at the class.

The cooking course was a great experience! Everything felt very personal and guided with attention. The location was beautiful and immediately created a nice atmosphere. We went out feeling satisfied and full of all the goodies we had made!
Wat fijn dat je hebt genoten van de kookles! De persoonlijke touch, de prachtige omgeving en de heerlijke gerechten klinken onvergetelijk. Wat een perfecte, bevredigende ervaring.
What an amazing experience from the start to the end. Our host Rabab met my husband & I near our hotel & then walked to the local market portion of the Medina & bought the ingredients for our lavish meal we were going to cook. Rabab was so friendly & easy to talk to. From there we walked to the nearby hotel where we were going to prepare our meal. We prepared our meal in the garden of the hotel & it was such a beautiful setting to do it in rather than in a kitchen. The chef (I can’t remember her name) was so kind & patient with my husband & I… mostly my husband since his cooking skills are not very good LOL. Rabab was our translator during the entire session & assisted with the cooking as well which was so lovely. We made green pepper salad, eggplant salad, chicken tajine, meatball tajine & mhalabia for dessert. Everything was AMAZING! My husband & I couldn’t believe how delicious the food came out. It was easily the best meal we had in Fez. If you’re looking for a cooking class THIS IS THE ONE TO BOOK!
