Junte-se ao nosso pequeno grupo Greek Cooking Experience (máximo 12 participantes) e descubra a cozinha grega da maneira local - fazendo compras, cozinhando e compartilhando uma refeição no coração de Atenas. Com seu facilitador, você visitará o Mercado Central de Atenas, selecionando ingredientes frescos como os locais, seguido de uma agradável caminhada de 15 minutos pela histórica cidade velha. A culinária acontece em uma tradicional taverna do bairro, um restaurante real e animado onde os atenienses se reúnem diariamente. Este não é um estúdio privado, mas um ambiente autêntico cheio de sons, aromas e energia da vida cotidiana da cidade. Guiado por um cozinheiro grego profissional, você aprenderá a preparar pratos clássicos e caseiros. Depois de cozinhar, sente-se e desfrute do que você fez juntos: aperitivos tradicionais, saladas e pratos principais, como tzatziki, dolmadakia, salada grega, pimentões e tomates, e um final doce com salami de chocolate - tudo certamente em uma aconchegante taverna no centro histórico de Atenas.

Very fun afternoon. Anastasia was a great guide through the central food market and was so helpful! She even helped me find a little shoe store I’d seen. Really went out of her way! But back to the class … it was a great introduction to some of the classic Greek cooking techniques and a fun way to learn more about the culture.

Had such a wonderful time. Angela was great, giving us tips for places to visit on our stay and giving us a little insight on the history of everything we walked past. The class itself was great with great tips and tricks for everything including choosing the ingredients for each dish. Absolutely worth it and would absolutely recommend!
Great tour! The Central Market was fantastic! We had a great time cooking and learning about the culture! Food was great - lots of it! Highly recommend this tour!! Our guide was very knowledgeable and we had lots of fun chatting while we walked to the market.

A truly fantastic experience from beginning to end! Anastasia was our tour guide, our translator and by the end of our class our friend! The chef was well prepared, generous and thoughtful! I have been to many cooking classes from Paris to Rome and many in the United States. This class was my favorite and one of the best experiences of the many great experiences I had in Athens! Thank you for the great time!

Go introduction to Greek vegetarian cooking. Touring the market first was a wonderful way to acclimate to the culture. The guide and translator, Nina, was very knowledgeable and accommodating.
