Hi, I had an amazing time with Piumi at her place. She instructed me on how to cook authentic Sri Lankan food, she let me cook and followed step by step. We made a 6-meal course over 3 hrs but honestly I think we did even more! Such an interesting cruising, a mix of flavours and spices combined. Atmosphere was very friendly and genuine. Her parents (and dog!) were very interested too, so I guess I did everything properly!! Try and enjoy your own creations, dive into the Sri Lankan cuisine. Andrea
