Excellent cooking class, cook so much great food and the organisation is also excellent. Chef has lots of stories and they are very helpful as you cook. For the morning session do not have breakfast before, we cooked 3 main meals and a dessert! Would definitely recommend you book this one - British couple. Also, my girlfriend is a very picky eater and they were super accommodating! :)

We were in Koh Samui for part of our honeymoon. This was a must do experience!! We loved the menu we got to cook and the stories that came with it. The chef and his wife were so personable and great conversationalists. The food was also DELICIOUS!! 10/10 would recommend

Yesterday we took part in a Thai cooking class with Geng and O. We all had a wonderful experience. After we were picked up we visited a local market and were explained about all the local produce. We then attended the cooking school. Geng, O and all the staff at the cooking school were very welcoming and hospitable. They were kind, patient and showed humour. Our ingredients were pre portioned for us and everything was very hygienic. The 4 dishes we made were delicious. We learnt how to cook Thai food the traditional way. We look forward to using our new skills back in Australia! Thank you Geng, O and team. All the best.

The cooking class with Geng was a lot of fun. My wife and I enjoyed learning about the ingredients and style of traditional Thai cooking. We got to enjoy the fruits of our labour, producing more than we could eat. Geng sent through the recipes for each dish we made, so that we could continue Thai cooking at home. A great memory of our holiday.

Geng, O, Jasmine, and Tom Thip were wonderful cooking hosts. They have a nice outdoor kitchen and dining area along with native plants growing in a garden to show you what you are eating. You do a cool tour of a local fresh market and learn the difference between some well known veggies and Thai versions. They have a demonstration for juicing the coconuts and the difference between cooking coconuts and drinking. A lot of information and history and culture is provided! Lovely day making delicious foods. It is easy and fun and delicious and you won’t mess things up. We really enjoyed this class. Thanks so much!

We have done cooking classes in many different countries and this would be one of the best! Geng our host (hope I have the correct spelling) was fun, informative and passionate. The class was very well prepared and organised with two “helpers” cleaning up and making the messy dishes disappear in an instant while we had the fun of preparing four different dishes. We had six in our class which was great so everyone received some individual attention and could add slightly different amounts of sugar, salt or sauce depending on their tastes. If you are interested in learning some dishes to prepare at home and an authentic experience in a lovely “homey” environment we would thoroughly recommend “Cooking with Geng” at Go Samui Cooking Class.
