Prepare-se para viver uma experiência autêntica no coração de Bari, em um lugar secreto que preserva o verdadeiro espírito da culinária da Apúlia. Na companhia de um guia local, você colocará a mão na massa preparando dois símbolos da tradição: a focaccia barese, rainha da comida de rua, macia e crocante com suculentos tomates-cereja, que superou até a focaccia genovese num desafio até a última mordida, e a orecchiette artesanal, preparada segundo a antiga técnica de Bari, celebrada pelo New York Times como um patrimônio a ser protegido. Após a aula, sentaremos à mesa para aproveitar juntos o fruto do nosso trabalho, acompanhados de um bom vinho local e histórias com cheiro de tradição. Uma experiência íntima, envolvente e genuína, pensada para quem quer descobrir a verdadeira alma de Bari através da sua gastronomia.

Very nice experience. But not really worth all the money in my honest opinion for what you’re getting in the end. A little plate of pasta and some drinks. Ofcourse you’re learning the pasta making, but with a group of 10 persons we felt it was little bit too crowded. Host and guide is very kind.

Absolutely great experience. Camille came to pick us up and brought us to the secret pastalab where we were thought how to make focaccia and orichette by Mariëlle. It was easy to follow the instructions and a lovely way to learn new skills. You get to eat, drink and make food.

Amazing experience! Camilla and Mariella were very thorough and detailed. Made the day so much fun. Mariella was very detailed and interesting with her explanation of making pasta. Camilla guided us and was very helpful throughout. Definitely would recommend this experience to everyone!
