The reservation said, pick up at hotel. At 11:00pm. The day before received a notification from the guide to meet at a plaza near the hotel. One of the reason we book with this company was to be picked up at hotel. The contact phone number didn’t answer until almost the time of departure. Finally they decided to send a taxi to get us to the meeting point. The bus came half hour late. My husband and two other people speak English only, no one to explain instructions in English. The guide rush us the whole way. This not take on consideration some of us are older. They made us pay the entrance fee in advance, the guide had to give me the change back wish he never received back. Playing stupid. When on the top of the mountain I got altitude sick. Is required from them to bring oxygen, And you guess it he did not had it at that time. End up at the mountain small clinic. In our way back, wish is around 4 hours. My husband had to ask to stop to go to the bathroom. The guide made the bathroom stop optional. Ridiculous. Overall this company made it an poor experience. At arrival my husband new the guide was not going to give us the money difference he owed us so intentionally told him to keep the money he owed. I hope they get it how this whole trip, actions and service is managed on a dishonest manner.

O tour é um dos nossos produtos exclusivos e inovadores para a montanha de cores. Em vez de caminhar por duas horas em ascensão, mudamos para a aventura de conduzir os ATVs até chegar perto da montanha de cores, este passeio é uma aventura completa para uma experiência completamente diferente na visita a Vinincunca.

Itinerário
Nosso grande passeio em direção à montanha de cores em ATVs começa com a coleta dos hotéis das 4:15 às 4:30 da manhã. Em seguida, viaje em nosso transporte turístico por quase 3 horas até 4200 metros acima do nível do mar, chegando por volta das 6:20 da manhã, onde o nosso delicioso buffet de pequeno-almoço nos espera. Após o café da manhã, nosso guia dará as instruções necessárias para começar a grande aventura nos ATVs viajando para qosqopata (4900 metros acima do nível do mar) por um tempo médio de 1 hora e depois caminhar por 35 minutos, uma distância de 1,5 quilômetros para chegar ao ponto de vista da impressionante montanha de 7 cores (5038 metros acima do nível do mar). No topo teremos tempo suficiente para tirar as melhores fotos porque somos os primeiros a alcançar a montanha de cores. Tempo perfeito para tirar fotos, filmar vídeos e desfrutar da beleza das cores. Volte por 25 minutos para o lugar onde deixamos os ATVs e depois cada um leva nossos ATVs e volta para onde o nosso delicioso nos espera almoço. Retorno a Cusco chegando em média às 15:30.

Prepare yourself for much more than Rainbow Mountain. The scenery on the ride up is breathtaking. Our guide David was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you all for a great experience.

It was my first time riding an atv and that too up a mountain. I was inexperience but i did it slow and sure. Getting to the top was a little scary but once you reach the top the views were amazing. The tour provide breakfast and lunch so we could get some energy for the adventure that we were about to experience. The rainbow mountain was beautiful! It was definitely a bucket list strike off!

Pick up and the whole experience was great. It was cold but fun. Better than walking to rainbow mountain. Jose Luis was a great guide he was helpful and made the experience worth it. He took pics for us and made sure we were always good.
