Amazing experience and Ahmed the guide was brilliant! Really enjoyable!
Great value for money. You get to experience a lot of things for very little money. ATV, camels, tea, dinner, transfer etc. Ahmed was very observant, and made sure everyone was apart of the group at all times, so everyone made it home safely, and no one was left behind. Can definitely recommend.

We were extremely disappointed with this excursion. The quad bikes were very old, and the overall organisation was poor. Basic facilities were lacking: there was no drinking water, no seating area while waiting, and the baggage storage room was completely out of order. Additionally, the restroom facilities were dirty and lacked running water. The operators were constantly rushing us and didn't even allow us time to take photos. Overall, it was poorly managed and definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend this tour at all.

Our quad bikes and buggies are modern, well-maintained models, and we regularly inspect and maintain our vehicles to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. Regarding the waiting area, a Bedouin tent is an essential part of the experience, where guests can sit, relax and enjoy traditional Bedouin tea during the program. Drinking water is also available at the center, along with cold drinks upon request, as providing refreshments in the desert is an important part of our guest service. We are also particularly surprised by the comments regarding the restroom facilities. The restrooms at our center are cleaned and monitored regularly, and our facilities are subject to routine inspections and hygiene requirements by the relevant tourism authorities. As for photography, taking photos is absolutely part of the experience. Guests are given sufficient time at the designated stops to enjoy the scenery and take photographs, and our team does not pressure guests to rush through these moments. We always aim to balance the schedule while giving everyone enough time to enjoy the experience. We fully respect that every guest may have a different personal impression, and we are always open to constructive criticism. However, we also believe it is important to provide accurate information, particularly when a review makes multiple claims that are inconsistent with the facilities and standards actually provided at our center. Our priority has always been guest safety, service quality and a positive experience, and we continuously work to maintain these standards. We are sorry that the experience did not meet your personal expectations, but we hope this clarification helps future guests make a fair and informed decision
