Pick-up está incluído na maioria dos hotéis e resorts na área de Bávaro-Punta Cana. Para a área de Cap Cana, você deve solicitar um passe de acesso para que possamos entrar na propriedade. O transporte não está incluído para reservas no mesmo dia ou para acomodações localizadas nas áreas de Friusa ou Verón - os hóspedes nestes casos devem chegar ao ponto de encontro por conta própria. Na noite anterior ao seu passeio, você receberá uma confirmação com o horário exato de entrega e se será no seu hotel Lobby ou Security Gate. Na maioria dos hotéis, a coleta é feita na Porta de Segurança, a menos que você solicite e obtenha um passe de acesso especial para que possamos chegar ao lobby. Pick-ups começam dentro de uma janela de 1 - 2 horas antes do início do passeio. Por favor, esteja pronto no local confirmado 5 minutos antes do horário de entrega. Seu motorista fará uma foto do lobby ou do portal na chegada. Se você não estiver presente dentro de 10 minutos, será considerado um no-show. No-show não são reembolsáveis.

Please be aware that although transportation is included they may be late to pick you up and may leave you there with you being stuck to have to Uber. The excursion was disorganized and 2 hours longer than the stated time frame. (Our time slot was for noon and we didn’t leave until 5pm).
Riding the buggy was so fun. The cave looks so big and the water was super cold It definitely has to be had experience to do. The beach was so beautiful and clear with white sand. This was an experience I will never forget and my boys either.
We had two adults and two teen boys and did 2 carts - great decision. Chris was a great guide and the trip was fun! We got muddy and loved exploring the cenote and Macao beach was gorgeous. Glad we booked the early 8a/9a tour which picked us up/dropped off in a van at our hotel! Pack sunscreen and enjoy.
An unparalleled experience; I really had a lot of fun, and what I liked the most were the prices, which are truly cheap for everything they offer.

Definitely a 100/10 experience. The service was simply flawless from the first moment to the end. The representative was extremely cordial, attentive, professional and always listened to my every concern, making me feel in total confidence and comfort throughout the experience. The organization, treatment, timeliness and quality of service far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely book again very soon. Lets begin with the transportation...the pickup takes about 1.5 hours to complete before getting to the site. A lot of sitting around and waiting until finaly they take you to an area where they sell you locally made products. 3.5 hours after pickup we finally get into out buggies. We take off to the cave with the pool. We had less than 30 minutes to spend before having to leave. Place was packed with 3 similar tour operators, so 1 jump into the pool and off you go. Then we are off to the beach, which took another 30 minutes to reach. We had approximately 30 minutes to spend. Finally, back to base camp. There we waited 45 minutes until the bus arrived, then another 1 hour until we returned to our hotel. If you enjoy waiting around or long, bumpy bus rides then this is the tour for you. Only upside was that it didn't cost much. Bring plenty of snacks, its a long day.

Pickup times can sometimes be longer depending on hotel locations, traffic, and the number of guests being coordinated from different resorts. Regarding the cave and beach stops, we would also like to mention that these are public tourist locations visited by many tour operators and travelers throughout the day. Unfortunately, the number of visitors at these places is not something we can control. This adventure was so fun! Prepare to get dirty! The buggy I had felt outdated but it still got the job done.
