Pick-up está incluído em todos os resorts em Bávaro, Punta Cana, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto e Macau. Se você está hospedado em um Airbnb ou área residencial, você pode ir para a porta de segurança do hotel mais próximo ou para um de nossos pontos de encontro. Você receberá sua hora exata de recolha na noite anterior à sua excursão. Se o seu hotel não está na lista, entre em contato conosco e nós atribuiremos um ponto de encontro próximo. Você também pode chegar diretamente no rancho se preferir vir sozinho. Reservas no mesmo dia são aceites e o transporte é garantido. Reservas de Cap Cana e Punta Cana Village só estão disponíveis para os horários de 12h00 e 15h00 devido à distância e logística. A retirada geralmente ocorre 1 hora antes do horário da sua excursão, e até 1 hora e 30 minutos durante a alta temporada ou para hotéis distantes. Por favor, esteja no ponto de recolha atribuído 10 minutos antes da sua hora programada. O motorista vai chamar seu nome três vezes. Se você não estiver presente, será considerado um no-show, e no-shows não são reembolsáveis e não podem ser repassados. This is a great experience. You travel on the buggy’s to three different locations. A coffee plantation, a beach and then you go swimming in a cave. In my opinion you should pay the extra money for the kayo buggy’s as the cheaper ones have no power steering and can cut out easily. It’s simply you pay for what you get. I would also recommend bringing food and drinks as the food on beach is a rip off. But overall a very great experience and all tour guides were very lovely and a great trip to go on with friends

It's not a buggy ride we thought that we were going to be riding in different areas we were going to different locations which other businesses are connect with this organization to create money so basically we were traveling from the cave to the beach to other shops to create Revenue

Our tour is designed as a sightseeing adventure with scheduled stops at Punta Cana’s most popular attractions, including the water cave, Macao Beach, and a traditional Dominican house where guests can learn about local products and culture. These stops are clearly included as part of the itinerary, and any purchases are completely optional. They are scammers they say its 2.30 but say they come earlier and do not offer any refund. We lost all our money!!!
We are sorry to hear about your experience. However, the tour itself starts at 2:30 PM, while hotel pickup is always scheduled 1 to 2 hours earlier, depending on the hotel’s location and the transportation route. This information is provided in the booking details and the exact pickup time is also sent in advance by WhatsApp and/or email. Unfortunately, when a traveler misses the scheduled transportation, it is considered a no-show under the booking terms, and refunds are not applicable. We understand your frustration and remain available to review any communication if you believe there was an error.
Definitely have face covering and glasses/goggles, very dusty. Group size was very large so had to wait long time for whole group before could leave the beach. The worst complaint was that when we arrived at the buggy place, we just sat there for a full hour not doing anything but sit on a bench. Didn’t know how long we would be gone, got back to resort like 6 hours later. All other resorts got picked up/dropped off at resort lobbies but we had to find our way to the resort employee gate for some reason.
These people are super organized; there is no worry about anything. Carlos, the guide, and the other guy are super.
The ride is not as adventurous as the pic. It’s a slow go on a dusty rode. The stops were nice especially the cave. The market we went to for the coco process was extremely over priced. To the point it was a big turn off.
My fiancée and I had an amazing experience! The tour was very organized. We got picked up at the gate from our resort and, they took us to a property that had the ATV’s and buggies. They provided us with a helmet but, don’t forget to bring a badana and glasses because, it gets dusty! (Bandanas were $5 at the shop) We got on the ATV and headed to a ranch where they showed us how they make authentic Dominican coffee. We also got to try a sample of the coffee, hibiscus tea, hot chocolate and mamajuana. Beware of all the people in the shop trying to sell you souvenirs that are overpriced. Make sure you negotiate if you do want to purchase something. Afterwards we hopped back on the ATV’s and headed to Macao Beach. Macao is beautiful, but you are only at each stop for 10-15 mins so if you are planning to enjoy a full day at the beach make sure you plan to go on your own time. Macao is definitely a tourist trap so make sure you negotiate pricing before you purchase anything. We got back on the ATV’s and took another drive to the swimming hole. If you don’t know how to swim don’t attempt to jump in because, it is 25 ft deep and there are no life guards and the tour guide will not be in the swimming hole with you. Other than that, it is beautiful and a refreshing dip at the end of the tour! We rode the ATV about 5 minutes back to the ranch and, got back on the bus to get dropped off. Everything was seamless and, the tour guides are so nice! If you don’t speak Spanish they also speak English as well.
You must wear masks or face coverings for the pilvori, goggles, and shoes that can get dirty. They waste time at the alleged estate, which I did not like at all. They should spend more time at the beach, which is very nice. Bring money because it does not include ANY drinks, not even water.
Our tour guide was great, he always made sure we were safe and with him. Our ATV worked perfectly but there were some people who had difficulty and the crew was right there to help. The cenote is twentyfive feet deep and extremely packed with tourist. we had time to jump in and get out literally. The cultural lesson was interesting but it was extremely hot outside so that made it a little uncomfortable. The ATV ride was not as thrilling as I expected, we were in a close single file line from destination to destination, for example, we drove to the beach, we drove to the cultural tour, and the cenote in a single file line, that was the ATV experience. I would have preferred a trail where you get a little more free range (while maintaining safety and following the instructor of course) the view while riding atv was lack luster. Great staff!
