Você fará um passeio inesquecível e personalizado à maior vinícola privada de Montenegro - a Vinícola Lipovac, localizada nas encostas das montanhas da reserva do Lago Skadar. É difícil imaginar, mas as tradições da vinificação foram preservadas aqui desde o século III a.C. Isto é evidenciado por ânforas e jarros encontrados durante escavações arqueológicas. Durante o passeio, você conhecerá a história da vinificação montenegrina, degustará os melhores vinhos das castas autóctones de Montenegro e apreciará as magníficas paisagens. Você verá os antigos qvevri de argila georgianos, localizados diretamente no solo. Desde 2011, este método está incluído na Lista do Património Cultural Imaterial da UNESCO; e ânforas de terracota italianas. As tradições do vinho de ânfora, aperfeiçoado pelos antigos gregos e romanos como máquina do tempo, permitem-nos recuar muitos séculos e provar as bebidas dos nossos antepassados.

Este passeio inclui passeios turísticos e visitas guiadas aos vinhedos de Lipovac com variedades de uvas autóctones de Montenegro. Haverá um salão tecnológico com linhas de engarrafamento profissionais de alta tecnologia, uma adega 100% feita pelo homem com 60 metros de comprimento e 10 metros de profundidade no subsolo com inúmeras barricas e garrafas. Um antigo qvevri de argila georgiano, localizado diretamente no solo. Ânforas italianas de terracota. E por último, uma prova de 4 vinhos acompanhada de petiscos de degustação de criação exclusiva. Você também aprenderá a ideia, harmonia, conceito e modelo Lipovac. Seleção de frios: presunto, queijo montenegrino e azeitonas.

What a super cool location. The road to it is not very good but also a nice experience. Arrived friendly received by the guide. We could choose 4 (€25) or 8 (€35) wines. If you choose 8, you can try all 8 wines from this winery. You get a nice drinks board with it.Tevens is a tour at the tasting. I tried some really good wines. Each one special. You'll get full glasses, by the way. So driving back was a problem 😉 in the end we bought nice le wines for reasonable good prices. Of course, there is one area for improvement: a cleaning lady is missing from the complex. Everything is fairly new and sleek. But it's okay to have a little cleaning done. Like dead flies and cobwebs etc. Anyway, you shouldn't stop this from happening. Book this tour!
This is one visit you will remember forever. It’s remote, but worth every minute of the drive. None of us could believe the spectacular scenery. The 7 wines were tasty and the meat & cheese platter tasty. Tim our host was very knowledgeable and helpful. There is no way to recommend this winery more. It rates a 100 out of 5.

Напились вина. Больше всего понравилось красное Concept. Хотелось сочного стейка и харчо. Инвер - супер внимательный и заботливый хост. Приедем еще! We drank a lot of wine. We especially liked the red Concept wine. We wanted a juicy steak and kharcho. Inver is a very attentive and caring host. Will be back!
Very good wine tasting. All 8 wines from the vineyard finished, plus snacks. The host was friendly and knowledgeable.
When We game it felt like is was no-one there Then Tom showed up as a manager for the wineyard. Very social and with his dog Patrik 😁 We took a chark-plate with 4 different wines and has a really relaxing time in the wineyard.

We stayed there too. In itself for the price everything ok, but it is not clean. You could make more out of it if you cleaned The wines were good but too warm for us. Bread is missing when tasting with foodpairing
I HAVE to take a moment to review my experience at Lipovac winery. The location is remote and SO beautiful, the wine tasting was lovely! My partner and I really liked the white wine which we ended up buying at the end of the tasting. And the local cheese they offered, oh my god, SO DELICIOUS! A very special mention to Tom and Andre who provided such EXCEPTIONAL service. We LOVED every moment here and they are creating an experience that’s absolutely worth it!
Our friends group visited this vinyard for Mother's Day celebrations We had a perfect day in beautiful settings overlooking a stunning mountain valley view. We sat outside and tasted a good selection of Montenegrin wines. They were ofexcellent quality and presented a nice variety. My personal favourite was the Tammus red wine. The host explained to us the various processes of wine making and showed the production premises. I highly recommend this place.
