Atenas Ultimate Segway Tour

A fun experience for travelers who can operate a simple Segway so you can cover most of the sights in Athens. Our guide Dimitri was a lot of fun… very knowledgeable about Ancient Greek history and culture. We had enough time to take lots of beautiful pictures and videos, he also took lots of good ones with my sister and I together. I definitely recommend this experience! Thank you Dimitri!

I have been fortunate to have ridden Segways in eight different countries but this tour from Vana tops them all! She is super friendly, encouraging, and so knowledgeable about all things Greek and that is a winning combination. We covered over five miles on our Segways and countless different points of interest in Athens. The thought of walking that distance makes my old knees weak, but doing so on a Segway was easy as pie. For those of you who haven’t ridden Segways before, it is very easy to learn and you’ll love the ride. Thanks, Vana, for such a wonderful day in Athens!

This was a great tour. Vana was an excellent guide. She timed everything perfectly, and was a joy throughout. She shared tidbits about her home, her culture, her people, the history. It was fascinating. Plus, we were on Segways! Segways are no longer produced. I expect there will be fewer and fewer such tours in the future. Get in on the fun while you can. We did find the Segways to be hard on our feet. Gel inserts may help.

Excellent way to see the city in 3 hours and visit some of the highlights. You don’t go into the acropolis so do that on a separate tour but this is a fantastic way to see lots of Athens in a short time. It was fun and interesting. We saw the changing of the guards, the Olympic stadium, the agora and a variety of views of Athens and the Acropolis. Highly recommended. Segways are really easy to operate And fun once you get going. Enjoy.

My son and I just finished a fabulous 3 hour Segway tour with Vanna . . What a delightful, knowledgeable and entertaining young woman… We covered an incredible amount of ground around the surrounding Acropolis area and always felt safe and in control of our Segway's… It is impossible to cover this much ground on a walking tour and riding a Segway is easier than riding a bike. We're not only had a great tour, but we made a new friend in Vanna.

Our group loved the tour. Our only issue was that we had booked for a French guide and when we got there, the operator told us that Viator never informed them of this. There were no French guide available and some in our group do not speak English. The guide was nice and we got to see everything that we wanted. The operator accommodated one of the guests with a 4 wheel electric vehicle because she was nervous with the Segway. Our group had a lot of fun . I would recommend this tour but make sure the language selected is clear.

Demi provided exceptional customer service to us. She was a great tour guide. She explained the history behind the names of the ruins thoroughly and she gave us time to capture our special memories. I have traveled several places and purchased many different excursions, but this was my favorite one!!!

We rocked up last minute dot com as we were only in Athens overnight and didn’t want to book a tour that we may miss if the plane was delayed- we were immediately accommodated and sorted out with a fab young lady guide who took us round the highlights of Athens for several hours. She shared lots of interesting facts but also was interested in why we were visiting Athens and what we were doing next. We had some lovely chats about books & Rome too. We also visited a certain venue for a souvenir glass as she was aware we were only visiting overnight. Our guide was very patient with me as I had a few moments on the Segway being 60!! We had lots of photo ops which as also fab. We were unlikely to have managed to everything on our tour if we had tried on our own in the time we had available. Would defo recommend.
