Guy showed up in a taxi sedan although I put in the comments I had 6 suitcases. To top it off, said he could not take us because he is not allowed to have bags in his front seat. After about 15 minutes of him smashing my bags in his trunk and him calling his office for guidance. He finally put two bags in the front so he could see out the window.

According to your review, your party had 6 suitcases, which significantly exceeded the stated luggage allowance. Our driver made every effort to accommodate the additional luggage while ensuring the vehicle could still be operated safely and in compliance with regulations. Our driver was very courteous on arrived a little early to make sure we were able to leave on time and make it to our destination at the desired time.

They were great and professional. It was busy the morning they were picking us up. There was not a place to park. The driver called and informed us and we met outside and as he had to wait for traffic we got in. They were accommodating and allowed us to adjust time as needed. Definitely recommend.
