Viator just need to update the pick up point as it has changed now when you get to Sydney airport. It is now at the far end of carpark 3
Great service, driver was lovely. Bit of confusion about meeting place but was quickly fixed with a phone call.
Booked return shuttle service with NZ travel agent. Sydney airport pick up went relatively smoothly, although had to wait a while as they did not have a baby seat, so had to go get one. Driver was polite and chatty. Called to re confirm pick up for return to airport and was advised they didn’t have a booking. I had to ring the travel agent in NZ who assured me it was all booked and to be ready for a 5.10am pick. By 5.30am they had not arrived so I called. The guy I spoke to advised that we weren’t on the list and was incredibly rude and he hung up on us while trying to get the bottom of things. Had to call the after hours travel agent who advised that they apparently did turn up (they did not) but did not have a baby seat. We eventually got picked up by a lovely guy at 6am, and got to the airport 20 minutes before check in closed for our flight. I would not recommend this service unless you are looking for rude customer service and long waiting periods.
Absolutely amazing drivers and company, highly recommended. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would book again.
Shuttle was at at airport when I arrived even though my flight had been delayed. Driver was very helpful
The driver was a lovely young man. The van itself needed a clean. Also a long way to walk from the plane to the pick up area
Sydney Shuttle Service airport to CBD. The pickup directions were completely wrong. My confirmation email listed bays 4–7 between T2 and T3, but the actual pickup had moved to the far end of lot P3, near a highway, with no notice sent to me. I had to call the company after landing, I got redirected to another number, and struggle to understand the driver. The driver said the airport changed the location two weeks prior, but claimed they couldn’t dial my international number. I booked a month in advance and provided both my phone number and email address: a simple email update would have prevented the entire ordeal. This is very poor management. Once in the shuttle, the frustration continued. Despite having my hotel name and address, the driver seemed unsure of where he was going. He turned down the wrong street and ultimately dropped me on a street corner, leaving me to walk the rest of the way to the hotel. This was an incredibly frustrating experience after my flight. I would not recommend Sydney Shuttle Service from the airport.
There is some sort of controller out there that has your name and where you’re going. He directed me to the right shuttle bus.
They were safe drivers. They showed up early to get us to the airport. They delivered us right to the place we were staying
The driver was very kind. He waited a long time for a passenger and helped me with my luggage. Thanks
