Dedique um dia a "The Sound of Music" nesta excursão personalizada de 8 horas a partir de Salzburgo. Viajando em minivan particular, siga os passos de Maria e os Von Trapps para um local após o outro, parando para o almoço (por conta do visitante) na rota. Faça um tour pelas cenas do "Re Re Mi" em Salzburgo, veja o famoso mirante, o Mondsee e o prado "The Hills are Alive", e absorva a paisagem alpina. Nesta parada vamos explorar os belos Jardins Mirabell, onde o grand finale de Do, Re, Mi foi filmado e também mostraremos a Fonte Pégaso, Jardim Anão, Túnel de Hedge e os degraus onde Maria e as crianças terminaram Do, Re Mi.
Se você ama o som da música, você conhecerá este fantástico teatro de fantoches (em operação desde 1913). O teatro de bonecos de Salzburgo é o mais antigo teatro contínuo do gênero no mundo. O Cabrito Solitário e a cena de marionetes no Sound of Music foram inspirados por este teatro. Som da Conexão do Filme de Música: Isto é o que inspirou uma das cenas mais memoráveis "The Lonely Goatherd"
Desfrute de vistas panorâmicas sobre a cidade, enquanto Maria e as crianças trouxeram a música Do, Re, Mi para Salzburgo, a partir do campo de piquenique em Werfen. No Sound of Music, esse é o momento em que eles começam a misturar a ordem das notas musicais para a prática.
Este chafariz de monumento icônico, construído no século XVII, foi usado como uma lavagem de cavalo nos dias anteriores. Também foi destaque no Sound of Music.
Construído no século 17 como uma escola de equitação para os príncipes arcebispos de Salzburgo e transformado em um teatro em 1925. Este é o local onde o Von Trapps realizou Edelweiss e venceu os festivais de Salzburgo durante a cena de fuga Sound of Music.
O St. Peters Cemetery, está localizado ao lado da Basílica e Mosteiro de São Pedro. No Sound of Music, a parte mais antiga de Salzburg (remonta a 696AD) inspirou a cena da fuga.
Construída em 1903, a Ponte Mozart é a mais antiga ponte sobre o rio Salzach, na cidade de Salzburgo. No som da música, Marie e as crianças atravessam a ponte enquanto apontam para o final instrumental de "My Favorite Things" antes de pularem a margem do rio.
Pararemos nesta majestosa fonte barroca do século XVII, onde Maria salpicou água pouco antes de embarcar no ônibus para os capitães Villa durante a Confidence in the Sound of Music.
A mais antiga Abadia ao norte dos Alpes (714AD) foi apresentada várias vezes no Sound of Music. Apenas o exterior da abadia foi usado no filme. Fotos internas quando feitas em um estúdio.
Aqui paramos para uma vista sobre o lago para o Palácio Leopoldskron. Este belo edifício rococó foi usado como parte de trás da casa da família no Sound of Music. A cena do barco foi filmada aqui e costumava ser a casa do Gazebo original.
Pare e curta caminhada até o século 17 Palace Frohnburg. Estes são os portões onde Maria chegou pulando, balançando aqui o violão e cantando "I Have Confidence" no Sound of Music.
Esta estrada panorâmica é considerada uma das mais belas dos Alpes. Depois de um passeio panorâmico até o topo (1570 metros), seu guia particular irá acompanhá-lo até o local onde a família caminhou sobre os Alpes até a Suíça. (Tempo permitido)
Desfrute de vistas espetaculares (se o tempo permitir) no local onde Maria estava girando no campo durante a cena de abertura do Sound of Music enquanto cantava "As Colinas Estão Vivas Com o Som da Música".
Hellbrunn Palace, famoso por suas fontes de água, é desde 1991 a localização do Gazebo original. Algumas das cenas mais inesquecíveis e românticas do Sound of Music, como "16 going on 17" com Liesl e Rolf e "Something Good" foram executadas neste intemporal Gazebo.
Som da música prado de piquenique, onde Maria e as crianças começaram a cantar Do, Re, Mi durante o piquenique. Desfrute de belas vistas da fortaleza Hohenwerfen e dos Alpes.
Antiga prisão de caça construída em 1450 pelo Príncipe Arcebispo, o Schloss Fuschl é hoje um luxuoso Resort ao Lado do Lago.

A fun and fully comprehensive immersion into all things Sound of Music from the city sights to the hills, lakes and so much more. Michael, our guide was very personable, knowledgeable, entertaining and spoke English excellently. 8 hours seemed a long time but the day was well-planned and balanced, seeing everything there was to see without being hurried, or it feeling too drawn-out. Cannot recommend it highly enough!
We hit every single outdoor spot of the Sound of Music on this tour. Carlos was amazing and you could tell he knew his stuff. Due to traffic we had to shift around stops, but at each stop Carlos went into depth on where in the movie it was. While driving between stops we also tested his Sound of Music knowledge and couldn't stump him. This was on my Mom's "bucket list" and she said she will never forget it. I want to thank Carlos for his friendliness and his knowledge which made this tour truly great. This was one of our family's favorites while visiting Europe.
Our driver Carlos picked 6 of us up from our hotel right on time. We were then taken on the most wonderful and informative tour in upmost comfort. We couldn’t recommend this tour more! Thank you again for making my mother’s birthday even more special! Xxx
Best experience. Our tour guide, Michael, was extremely knowledgeable about the movie and sights he took us to see. He curated our day to the areas we wanted to see. We traveled at length through out Salzburg viewing three meadows from the movie. We went to the picnic meadow where Maria teaches the children Do Re Mi. Then off to the meadow at the beginning of the movie where Maria twirls and sings the Hills Are Alive With The Sound of Music. Next was the top of the mountain where the family escapes Austria. The views of the mountains were spectacular and breathtaking. We enjoyed an authentic Austrian homemade lunch at the family run restaurant, Golden Bear. In addition, we visited Schloss Leopoldskron, Hellbrunn Palace to see the gazebo, and the basilica St. Michael in Mondsee where Maria gets married. When we returned to Salzburg, Michael continued the tour by walking us through Mirabell Gardens. Michael also gave us insight on the Bavarian and Austrian history and culture.
Michael made Sound of Music come alive for us. A most nostalgic tour for us, reliving the best of the movie.
This tour is a must do if in Salzburg. Not only is it all about the Sound of Music, but you get the added bonus of a Salzburg region tour. Carlos our guide was amazing and made it such a fun day. His knowledge of the local area and of the Sound of Music was excellent. Thank you again Carlos for making this a highlight of our trip.
My wife and I did the private tour of The Hills Are Alive, Sound of Music tour with Micheal Toth. We did a walk of old town Salzburg, then the driving tour and lunch. At all times Micheal was a wealth of information, professional, respectful and helpful. We could not have asked for a better host. The day was perfect including the weather.
This tour was so wonderful and being able to experience this with a great guide was everything!! My guide from the get go was-AMAZING INSPIRED INCREDIBLE INTERESTING and INTERESTED in the places and the film. He was also FUN to be with. Take this tour if you can get CARLOS as your guide!! He is the OG and he will fully make sure you leave with lifetime memories.
Our guide Michael oversaw an action packed day, visiting all the main SOM location sites plus other more remote locations. We especially enjoyed the Do Re Me meadow and mountain trail as appears at the end of the film - an added extra which we were not expecting. Michael was very Knowledgeable, good humoured and patient. In addition to Sound Of Music he also gave valuable background information on Saltzburg, it's geology and culture. Highly recommended! Brian and Carole Jones.
My Mom and I did the Hills Are Alive Tour on 9/30 with our guide, Michael. It was a gift for her upcoming birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our time! The weather wasn’t the best but we made the most of it, with the help of our guide. He was funny, welcoming, kind and had great background stories he shared with us, and also was our photographer! Thank you Michael for a memorable tour!
