Henric was wonderful! He is so kind and so flexible. He was on time and made us instantly feel at ease. He answered all of our questions and we had several good laughs. When we asked him to take us to a supermarket to pick up some things he did it without hesitation and also tried taking us to a market that had “the best fruit”. Unfortunately they were out of what we needed, and we were so tired that when we asked him to take us to our hotel he offered to pick up the fruit for us and drop them off at the hotel free of charge! We still gave him a handsome tip, but it was well worth it!
Amazing company. The driver were timely and professional and took extra time out too so we can visit the cultural center after our arrival and before check in to the hotel
We asked for a short trip out of Arusha to take a photo of Kili. There was some initial confusion at the start but after resolving it, we were well on our way.
Our driver Steven was super professional, punctual and made our time in Tanzania much more enjoyable. Very kind, caring and trustworthy driver. I most definitely recommend using this company.
Great communication. The driver arrived on time and was hospitable. We made it to the airport safe and earlier than expected! Definitely will book again for future trips!
David our driver was the best !!!! Waited for our delayed flight. Very friendly. Very interesting talk about the area snd things to do, and the country. “Mini-Safari” around road closure detour was a fun adventure. Delivered us safely to our hotel check-in. Great guy !!!
David went above and beyond to make our transportation enjoyable. He was prompt, friendly and so kind. You need to use him if you’re looking for a reliable driver in Tanzania.
Did not show up or even answer the phone when we called. We were stranded at airport finally took another taxi.
David picked us up in time. He was friendly and provided a lot of information on Arusha and Tanzania on our way to Moshi.
Our flight was rescheduled twice. The driver picked us up at the airport, without any complaints, about 36 hours later than originally planned. He took us to our hotel in Arusha and made sure that we successfully checked in before leaving. On the way, he explained, in English, the history of the area and local landmarks.
