The tour was interesting, however, the stop at the aloe vera factory was confused because we had to change buses. The visit to the donkey sanctuary was very nice. Our guide explained everything perfectly in Spanish, just for my husband and me.
From start to finish this tour was great! Our drivers were Ato (morning), and Jackie (for drop off). Both of them gave a lot of interesting information during the ride and pointed out landmarks. They were very welcoming and professional. Aruba Aloe tour was interesting, and the Donkey Sanctuary was a labor of love. You could see and feel the love for the donkeys! Did you know you can sponsor a donkey for adoption? Well, yes, you can! Baby Beach was as beautiful as promised, but was definitely crowded. I would suggest going earlier if you want a palapa, or any sort of shade. Also, be mindful of the clearly displayed buoys because people do drown there by the strong rip currents near the opening to the ocean. *Just a side note about the beautiful island. It’s getting very built up and the vibe is changing. This is my fourth trip here, and the beauty is fading due to overbuilding of giant resorts and destruction of nature. It’s starting to remind me of The Lorax by Dr. Suess. Bigger is not always better. I’ll always have a special place in my heart for Aruba and its wonderful people!
It was a nice tour. Having an air conditioned bus was a huge plus. It was a really hot day. Aloe Vera plant was interesting and the donkey sanctuary was cute. The beach was nice. Food was pricey and nowhere to change or wash off the sand for the ride back. Our driver, Ato was, super nice. Provided lots of insights and info about Aruba.
The snorkeling is good if you go to the edge of the beach near the rocks and snorkel in the channel between the beach and the ocean.
This was a great package. The donkey sanctuary was so much fun. As part of the tour, you get a bucket of food to feed the donkeys, We would have been fine skipping the aloe factory tour. Baby Beach was the highlight and we had two and half hours to enjoy. Our tour guide Mary was a delight.
This was a great value and the perfect package for a quick day trip around Aruba. If you book this tour, I highly recommend asking your driver to stop so you can pick up carrots and apples to feed the donkeys—it was such a fun experience! The aloe farm was very interesting, with a great overview of Aruba’s history and the aloe production process. There were also plenty of products to browse and purchase. Our tour guide, Mary, was an absolute riot! Her humor, local knowledge, and stories about the island made the entire trip even more enjoyable. Ending the day at Baby Beach was the perfect finale. The water was beautiful, calm, and crystal clear. It’s definitely a must-visit if you’re in Aruba!
Really enjoyed the trip. The aloe factory was actually pretty interesting, the donkey sanctuary was cute and different, and Baby Beach was great for snorkeling. Our guide Stephanie was fantastic! Glad we were able to book this last minute!
Unfortunately our trip was canceled the night before;we were told not enough people signed up! Bummer as we really wanted to see baby beach
This was a great tour! We got picked up from our hotel, which is still new and small so that was great. Our driver, Marry, was so nice and funny! It was just me, my friend, and a father/daughter on the tour so she stopped at a local grocery market for us to buy apples and carrots for the donkeys. She said we’d have 15-20 minutes at the donkey sanctuary, but we def had more. The aloe factory was super interesting and had lots of great products. It’s always nice to see tour guides have relationships with the staff throughout the tour stops. The donkey farm was amazing! Literally donkeys everywhere. And there were also several peacocks around! Lastly, we had time at baby beach from around 12-2:30, which was just enough time to swim and relax. Me and my friend rented beach chairs for $15 each, as there is NO SHADE OR CHAIRS at baby beach otherwise. There are several palapas that are first come first serve- all chairs MUST BE RENTED. All in all a great tour and I’d reccomend this company!
Our tour guide Marry was fantastic. Very informative and made our visit great.
