Procedimentos de entrega de bagagem do hóspede: • Os hóspedes partem do navio de cruzeiro e seguem para o local de armazenamento de bagagem diurna no porto • Os hóspedes enviarão seu voucher ao agente de atendimento ao hóspede • Os hóspedes receberão um bilhete de retirada de bagagem e instruções de retirada • Os hóspedes podem sair até o nível da rua e aproveitar o dia Procedimentos de Recolha de Bagagem do Hóspede: • Na hora de pegar a mala, os hóspedes seguem o mapa no panfleto (será fornecido quando deixarem a mala). • Os hóspedes mostram seu bilhete de reivindicação e identificação no local de armazenamento diário • As malas devem ser retiradas até as 16h30 e não podem ser armazenadas durante a noite no Terminal de Cruzeiros. As malas não reclamadas até às 17:00 serão armazenadas fora do local. Serão cobradas taxas extras para transporte e tempo de armazenamento adicional (US$ 75 por mala). • Os hóspedes também podem visitar o Welcome Center Kiosk em 9 99 Canada Place Way ou ligar se precisarem de ajuda com orientações ou tiverem perguntas relacionadas ao serviço de armazenamento diário.

Convenient option for leaving your bags when travelling through the cruise terminal Vancouver. Efficient operation.
It is convenient to the port when you disembark from your cruise ship and very easy to find. We were able to drop our bags off, sightsee in Vancouver, return for bags by 4:30pm, and grab a taxi to the airport.

We got off our cruise and went straight to the luggage storage which was easy to located. As it was pre paid we just dropped luggage off and went on our way. Picking up was just as easy.

Good deal storing my 3 luggages after existing my cruise trip. Place was convenient and price was reasonable. We were able to tour vacouver whole day and pick up my luggage before close hour. I would highly recommend this place.

Our flight left after 10pm and did not want to waste the day. Since we didn’t want to drag suitcases around the luggage locker was the solution. It’s very convenient. It’s right in the Convention Center on the left after going through customs. We also did the hop on/hop off bus. It was a great way to see Vancouver and explore a but more at the stops. We highly recommend exploring Stanley Park.

Very easy and convenient. They're located right when you walk out of the terminal. The process to check in and out your luggage was great! Highly recommend if you're flying later in the day!

Arrived in Vancouver from an Alaskan cruise and was looking for a place to store our bags for a few hours before heading to the airport. This was the perfect solution. For about $30, they were able to store 4 bags from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM in a secure area. Drop off is located in the port and couldn’t have been better.
