Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and patient it was a really relaxing and informative tour for us.
My daughter and I both thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and kept a good pace. She also has a wonderful sense of humor which we appreciated! Do this tour. You won’t regret it!
Nikoleta our tour guide was excellent. This tour is a must as you get to see some very important and iconic sights in Vienna especially if you are short on time. She is very knowledgeable about the history and the whole experience is very pleasant. I highly recommend this tour.

Fomos enganados pelo tripadvisor e Gemas tour. Ficamos aguardando desde as 9:30 até as 10:40 e o guia não apareceu !!!! We was waiting since 9:30 until 10:40 and the guide didn't come !!!!!
We are really sorry for your experience, but we cannot find you in our guest list. Apart from this our tours do not start at 9:30am, which means that you either went to the meeting point at a wrong time or you booked another tour and you wrote the review under the wrong company!
The guide was fun and educational. She was willing to adapt to what the group wanted.

The tour we went on included a break of about 45 minutes in an historic cafe. This was a lovely break but did add 45 minutes to the length of the tour. Excellent guide who covered a lot of history in a clear and concise manner. Highly recommend!

Great way to start my visit to Vienna. Nicolette was fabulous and gave us the lay of the land around most of the important places in the center of Vienna.

Nicolette was knowledge and straight forward ! There were 2 different people who were lost or late and she called them And helped them find the group and waited a few extra minutes! Tour was 3 hours but w coffee break at place that had been frequented by Freud it was 4 hours but awesome tour of Vienna! Highly recommend!
