Although we were not picked up, we were able to take a taxi that the provider paid for; communication could have been better here! The boat trip was very relaxed and is quiet and chill due to the small group. The food is, of course, simple at this price, but it is okay for a snack in between. The swimming stops were long enough, and on the trip, there was plenty of shade and free soft drinks available!

Do not book with this Company! They spoiled our holiday by cancelling our trip two days before the end of our holiday! They said there was something wrong with the boat, said they couldn't pick us up from the hotel (as offered on the list of pick ups) and they would send a new booking for the following day with a pick up point. Nothing was sent. The following morning, I had to phone to find out what was happening. They said a taxi would be at a pick up point in 5 minutes - half a mile away from hotel and 2 hours earlier! We were still in bed! They read messages I sent but did not reply. I then had a call to say the taxi was on its way! I don't think they ever intended to take us and hoped we would cancel. They quickly cancelled our trip and I am awaiting a refund. Appalling service and ruined our last day on holiday!

If there's only a negative star rating, I would do so. The product details is very misleading. 1. The boat that I was on was a complete different as advertised. 2. As per product description, this is a relaxing boat away from the crowd. This is the reason why I bought the product. The boat is full of family with many kids. It's very loud, there's a foam party, kids are all over the place - not a relaxing trip at all. This may be good for kids but definitely not what I am after for. 3. The product stated a maximum capacity of about 40 passengers but the boat is full with about 200 passengers or more. 4. The food is different as advertised and it was a very small portion. 5. The pick up from the hotel to the boat was late for about 20-30 minutes which is acceptable but the pick up from the boat back to the hotel took nearly 2 hours of waiting uner the heat. It seems they forget to pick us up. This was unacceptable. I also heard people having conversations that it was not what they expect based on the product description. There was a staff who walked around and asked how was the experience which give me the opportunity to raise the concern but she said I am on the right boat and she has no idea why the product details and photos was different. I raised the concern to viator and they only said they will further investigate my allegations. I sent them photos and proof and I hope they will remove this company from this platform. I will bring this to court if I will not get my money back.

Well worth coming out on this trip, its fantastic for the children to be entertained as well. It's a lovely day out, highly recommend

The tour was very nice, they also showed around the waterfalls and caves. Also the food was good. The captain, the guide and the staff are very good, they are all smiling. It was a very nice tour, I recommend it to everyone.

The tour was nice but they took 20€ for jetkit was only 3 min did not stop we couñd not take picture or anything over the boat jounery was nice
