Really bad, we waited from 5:30 PM to 6:36 PM, there was also no staff to greet you, we rode quads but no camel even though we paid for it.
No you don't do that with us. There are a lot of companies in Marrakech. Can you prove your reservation with us?
They gave us an hour of quad biking, some camel riding and tea, they taught us how to ride the quadbikes and they went slow in the beginning to allow us to get used to the controls of the quadbike, one tip is when riding the quadbike keep your centre of gravity low to the handles when going faster or making a turn. Yeah but overall very good and fun experience. Definitely recommend for sure👍💯
WOW! What a pleasure it was to be taken on this unique Moroccan excursion with the greatest tour guide Brahim! Don’t miss out on this opportunity!! He took us through the outskirts of Marrakech, provided great tips, took exceptional pictures, and shared his beloved culture with us. Thank you to him and this entire company!!
Very nice experience. All the guides are on top. Must do, especially at such a cost-effective price. Special mention to Ayyoub who is very smiling, kind and who takes great pictures.
Thank you so much for this better experience the guide take an amazing photos with sunset time. Thank you so much for this unforgettable moment.
Travellers please avoid this people! The tour guide is not straight forward….he took us somewhere else claiming they work together until I refused and insisted he take us to the place we signed up for…… he wasn’t apologetic…..rather he was rude! he is not nice and quite discriminating….. he treated the indigenes who was grouped with us for the quad biking obviously better that we could notice…. He also refused to send us the few pictures he took of us forcing me to go write a good review for him and also rate him excellent….
Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I would like to clarify a few points: Firstly, regarding the photos, I had intended to send them to you, but due to a busy day, I forgot. I apologize for this delay. Secondly, after the experience, you contacted me via WhatsApp and confirmed that everything was good and enjoyable. I have the full conversation on WhatsApp as proof, so I was surprised by this review, which does not reflect what was communicated to me directly. Regarding transportation, the usual tour vehicle we provide experienced an unexpected malfunction, so we arranged a replacement vehicle, which brought you to the correct location. I personally met you and ensured everything was handled properly. We always treat all our customers with respect and transparency, and our many positive reviews from other clients reflect the quality of our services. We apologize for any misunderstanding and hope to welcome you again for an even better experience.
We had a great time with family. Our guide was great! A real professional. Anxious to make us have a great time. Thank you for the photos and videos worthy of a professional photographer and filmmaker 😀. We recommend 200%. Youness and her family
The best experience we have ever experienced in Marrakech. Each moment was unique, an unforgettable adventure full of excitement, culture and breathtaking scenery! Fully recommended
We did this experience with our child and it was very safe for her. The quads are in excellent condition and the team is good. I wish we had driven with more speed, but maybe because of my child, they went slower!
This activity was so fun, our Guide planned the route and we did it just in time for the sunset photos at the palm grove!
