Perge Ancient City Antalya está localizada no distrito de Aksu, que fica a 17 quilômetros do nome da cidade. A cidade conhecida como "Parha" e que se acredita ter sobrevivido no período hitita, tornou-se uma das cidades mais organizadas da Anatólia no período romano. As esculturas desenterradas nas escavações da cidade antiga, famosa por sua arquitetura e escultura em mármore, fizeram do Museu de Antália um dos mais importantes museus de escultura. O plano da cidade de Perge é baseado em duas ruas principais na estrada leste-oeste e outra na estrada norte-sul. O teatro com capacidade para 15 mil pessoas está bem preservado. O edifício de dois andares do edifício M.S. Foi construído no século II. Os artefatos encontrados aqui são exibidos hoje no Museu de Antalya no "Perge Theatre Hall". A perfeição dessas esculturas reflete muito bem o estilo de escultura de Perge. A estrutura básica da antiga cidade de Perge outro estádio é um dos estádios mais bem preservados da Turquia.

A great value and a must-see if you are in Antalya. This tour takes you back in time 2,000+ years ago. Our guide was so knowledgeable and a great storyteller for each place. Despite the hot weather, the tour was paced well with a restful break in the air conditioned bus between each site. The lunch was delicious - traditional Turkish buffet.

Great activity - Perge & Aspendos theatre are truly spectacular sites of Roman Architecture. Ozzie is a superb guide with excellent history knowledge of SIDE and his country - even the stop for lunch was great - decent meal overlooking a picturesque view of a beautiful river. Highly recommended.
