When I was picked up on July 29 in Amsterdam, I was not welcomed with a sign like I was told I was told to report to different doors. It took almost a half an hour as the first car that came with small and I had ordered a large car because I have an electric scooter. You are supposed to pick me up on August 14 at 6:30 at the celebrity eclipse cruise line in Amsterdam. I need you to be there promptly this time as I have an airplane. . We had to cancel our trip so we missed the tour. The three hundred and fifty mile bus trip was going to take five and one half hours so we canceled
Love the audio guide. You are able to go at the pace you want and can stop and read all the information if you choose. Busy museum but easy to navigate
The museum is well thought out and makes sense walking it. The headset worked great, and I enjoyed the thought. They took in laying it out by years of his life.

It was great experience to visit the museum. It does sell out so get your tickets ahead of time. We were glad that we booked early. We had very smooth entry process. The Museum is a must-see site.

The Van Gogh Museum itself was amazing. I spent several hours there using the audio headset tour option. The Museum is well managed and the tour easy to follow. What was difficult and not a good experience was getting the tickets from VIATOR. After my purchase the confirmation email stated I'd get another email with the ticket attached the night before the tour. I checked the night before - no email. I got to the museum early as I figured there would be an issue - there was, as I still didn't have the ticket. The museum actually has a person assigned to help people with ticket issues (mostly from Viator patrons!) I ended up having to call the International helpline number. Fortunately that person was able to send me my ticket!!! Suggestion - when someone buys and pays for the product (ticket) - just send it with the confirmation email!!! Assuming Wifi will always work is not always a sure thing. Let People chose to print or go with just phones.

Outstanding customer service. Since I did not receive my e-ticket as indicated, I left a message. A short time later, I received the e-tickets for admission and the audio guide. Access went without any problems.

I would choose this tour over the live guide because it’s takes you through all the exhibits and you can linger if you like or replay the descriptions, you can also rest when you need to on one of the many benches and seating areas. When you pick up your listening device be sure to choose “extended” you’ll get a lot more info.
