We booked on line spent an hour trying to find boarding dock and consequently missed our slot as we only had the one night in Amsterdam couldn’t rebook and missed out on the evening cruise. I have requested a refund and heard NOTHING from the company very disappointing and ruined our short stay in Amsterdam
Our guided canal tour was fantastic. We had only been in Amsterdam a few hours and this tour was a great orientation to the city. Our guide, Frederick, was knowledgeable and engaging. He catered to each party on the tour and it was a personalized, special experience. Five stars.
My wife and I went for a ride yesterday and couldn’t be more satisfied. Captain Floris and guide Emily were both charming . I highly recommend
Had a really lovely tour of the Amsterdam canals! Our driver and tour guide were excellent and very knowledgeable!
The canal tour is a must in Amsterdam, unfortunately ours was meh. We were the only ones on the boat, so the tour guide made the bare minimum effort and gave us very little information about the city and what we were seeing.
We went at 21:10 and were lucky enough to be the only passengers. Both Merlin and Myriam were amazing , very informative and friendly. We even got to briefly try the steering out ourselves
We had a fantastic day on the river and canal. If the weather is wet, they put the roof on and also give umbrellas, of warm, like our day, we had the roof off. Joe the captain from Portugal gave us a smooth drive around Amsterdam and our tour guide was brilliant. Very knowledgeable, happy and hilarious. He clearly loves his job. Thank you so much for a great experience.
Seeing Amsterdam this way on our first day was a wonderful introduction to the city. Rob as our skipper kept us safe and Karaleena was a great guide.
Trip I booked for 9:10 PM got cancelled. we were informed in the last minute after waiting for 30 minutes. Still waiting for the refund
The boat is nothing like what you advertise its false and misleading if it was raining I would want a refund !! Stop show showing a boat that you don don'tt get!! But the tour guides are great and weather was good but we just missed a storm!!
