I had an amazing experience with Amsterbike's 3-hour guided bike tour! It was by far one of the best ways to discover Amsterdam. Our guide was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and shared so many interesting stories and fun facts that you wouldn't learn on your own. The route covered all the major highlights as well as some hidden gems, with plenty of stops to take photos and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The pace was relaxed, making it perfect for everyone, whether you're traveling with family, friends, colleagues, or even on your own. The bikes were comfortable, everything was well organized, and the whole experience felt professional from start to finish. I left the tour with a much better understanding of Amsterdam's history and culture. I would highly recommend Amsterbike to anyone visiting Amsterdam. It's an unforgettable experience and definitely worth every minute!
They did not have the guide in Italian; we would have had to use our phone for three hours. They did not want to issue a refund; after various discussions with the manager, we reached a compromise of 50%, but we do not know when it will arrive. The boy who works there started kicking the stuff, all worked up. They do not provide the e-bikes because it is too hot, and they are heavy, and according to them, people fall. OK.
Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify some inaccuracies in your comments. You took a self guided. So there is no guide. This is clearly stated before booking. Guests get an audio with the language of their choice. Regarding the e-bikes, they were not included in your booking and were therefore not part of the service purchased. The e-bikes we offer are premium Swiss-made Flyer e-bikes and are available only under the conditions specified at the time of booking. Although we were under no obligation to provide a refund, we spent considerable time discussing your concerns and ultimately agreed to a 50% refund as a gesture of goodwill in an effort to resolve the matter amicably. We also do not recognize the description of our staff's behavior as presented in your review. Our team is expected to maintain a professional attitude at all times. We are sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations and wish you the best in your future travels.

Very reasonable price. Bikes were excellent. Smooth to ride and the gears were simple and easy. Had great brakes, thank heavens. Highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The lady who gave us our bikes gave us great tips and made sure we knew how to operate the locks. Will definitely rent from here again the next time we visit! Our gps doesn’t seem to work well in Amsterdam because we kept losing the route that was specified in the self guided tour. Next time I’ll pay extra to have the guided tour.
