One of the highlights of my Italy trip! I had an absolute blast and met wonderful people during this class. Giovanni was an amazing instructor, and the food was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend!

Decent experience, good food but very ordinary wine.
VALENTINO IS SO FUN!! We made homemade mozzarella balls, homemade fettuccine pasta making, tiramisu, and complimentary wine!
It was so fun! The dinner was great! We had a rough time getting there and we’re going to be late…rather than canceling our experience the chef told us to come for the dinner. Thankfully we got there in time to make the pasta, mozzarella, and eat with the group! He even hooked us up with a taxi for our journey back to our Airbnb! Such a wonderful man, the chef was!
I was with a group of 6 and we had so many issues getting there (because of our misdirection and bus confusion) and the chef was so accommodating and kind when we did arrive. Amazing pasta, amazing cheese. 10/10 would recommend and go again.
Valentino was very gracious to our party of six. We got lost on the way to our class and missed our time frame. We showed up late and he let us participate anyway. It was so much fun and food was delicious. Highly recommend. He found us transportation back as we were quite far from our air bnb. Wonderful experience all the way around.
We got lost on our journey there and unfortunately showed up late and sweaty (our fault entirely as we took the wrong bus- the class was easy to find). Valentino was kind enough to have made our pasta dough and still allowed us to join the class despite our being 30 minutes late. The pasta was fantastic, the wine was delicious, and the class was so fun! Valentino even called a cab for us to get us back home at the end. What a wonderful experience. If you’re thinking about it, just book it!
Three course authentic cooking class including tagliatelle pasta, mozzarella, and tiramisu. The food was amazing and Valentino was a great host!
