Alvaro is amazing! He coordinated our parking and had everything ready for us on the beach. He also arranged our horseback riding on the beach.
They took such good care of us!! Worth every penny! Would use again and again. They even moved us when the waves got too close.
Alvaro did an absolute excellent job taking care of my group of 11. Anything we requested, he made happen. He was extremely friendly and made us feel like we were part of his family. I highly recommend using him. You will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately it wasn’t clear where to go to redeem the ticket I was given. Once I found where I thought it was, I was told to call the number attached to my email. When I called the number they said they never received my reservation. We didn’t bring water with us because it was supposed to be provided. Fortunately, there were men who did provide us with a canopy and chairs. There was a restaurant across the road so we were able to buy water. There were also men walking around that brought us food and drinks. And I was refunded my money. Playa Flamingo is a beautiful beach! We had an amazing day despite having our reservation cancelled.

While we were unable to provide the full package that had originally been booked, we were glad to arrange a complimentary beach setup with canopy and chairs, and we also processed a full refund. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the meeting point and communication. We have since reviewed our system to prevent this from happening again. We’re very happy to hear that despite the inconvenience, you still had an amazing day at beautiful Playa Flamingo, It is truly is a special place. Our experience with Playa Flamingo Best Beach Concierge was awful at best. There was no direction on where to go except next to a restaurant on a road. Once we finally tracked down the appropriate people, they set up a tent and chairs but nothing else the listing included. We waited 2 hours for water, beer, towels and speaker. We had to ask for a table to brought down for us to eat (this should have come with the set up since it is part of the package). The speaker died about an hour after we got it so we had to wait another hour for a different speaker to be brought back. At this time we asked for more water and beer and were told 20 mins….3 hours later we never received water or beer and since we were really hot and thirsty at this point we had to leave. Never heard back from the host again. We tried to call Viator as well but they were less than helpful. I would 100% not recommend this and would 100% not book it again. Read less
We had a great day and the communication and service was excellent! It was perfect to have a space to enjoy the beach for the day and not worry about a thing! I highly recommend booking this for a relaxing beach day!
If you want a relaxing 0 hassle day at the beach, this is yoir one-stop shop! The man in charge is extremely friendly and knowledgable. The amenities were perfect and staff provided EXACTLY what we asked for in the cooler(waters and various drinks). Definitely worth it!
Great job. Great communication and presentation. I would definitely recommend this day at the beach. Ordering off of the menu at CocoLoco was awesome.
Setup was quick and the service was great. I would recommend a better variety of beer but other than that top notch.
