Make sure you write down any communications. We were told that the office closed at 5 and that there would be no problem bringing the jeep back before or even a little after 5. There seemed to be a miscommunication because I got calls at close to 4 with the manager angry that we weren't there. We immediately took the jeep back and met the manager at 4ish. He said someone had been waiting for 2 hours for us. I tried to explain that there seemed to be misunderstanding and he was so angry yelling and telling my partner to shut up. There's no need to get so angry and tell your customers to shut up. We were back before closing and the jeep was gased. Fun day but there was no need for the hostility.
Very disappointed! First, the instructions to meet them were not as specific, we got to the meeting point (You need to walk quite a bit to get there) and No-one was there to meet us, had to asked around until a taxi driver called someone and found them. Once we finally meet, they had a Jeep instead of the buggy we booked, we dint make a big deal as we already had waisted time looking for them, however the jeep was in very poor conditions, making all type of noises and basically falling apart, then when it was time for return and get our $100 cash deposit back, AGAIN Noone to be found at drop off location, once again we were there looking and asking around until almost 45 minutes later the person showed up (apparently the representatives also drive taxis and come in and out to the location, so give yourself plenty of time to wait for them ahead of your ship returning time) Although it was nice to have our own vehicle to go around the island we would definitely recommend to use another company more responsible and with better equipment, prices weren't bad but it comes with the say "You get, what you pay for"

So much fun to rent our own buggy and drive around the island. The process was easy enough but kind of a long walk from the cruise port terminal to find this group. The rental went fine but the buggy was older than some of the others we saw rented but it got us around. Fun to go the side of the island with no power, and Coconuts was a lot of fun. Otoch was included and the tequila tasting was very informative. Alejandra was very responsive to all my questions before we got there and everyone was very nice!

We went exactly where we were told to meet and no one knew who the tour operator was including the people in the store they told us to meet at. When I called the tour company she told me that the people in the store don’t work for her however in her directions where to meet she didn’t say to meet outside the store. She said to meet at that store. After about 45 minutes of trying to figure out who we were supposed to meet, we went with another company, but I called her first. She said she understood that I was canceling the tour, but I have not seen a refund yet. I do expect a full refund and if not, I will.
Dear Rene, I believe the matter was already clarified with you on the day of the tour, as you arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes late. We have been working this way for years, and Marti is our meeting point since we cannot access the docks. We offered you not only an apology but also a refund, even though your almost two-hour delay was not our fault. We have a schedule to adhere to, and you, as clients, must respect our time. It seems absurd to me that you think we should have to look for you when it is the traveler's responsibility to keep to their appointment, read the instructions, and be punctual. They were very friendly and helpful. The only negative is they did not seem to have a storefront. There was not even a sign. The instructions to find them said. Go to Martin. We went to Martin and they looked at us like we crazy. We finally found the employees in a courtyard behind Martin. Again, once we found them, we had a joyful experience.

We prearranged for a buggy and once there we were told be get a jeep. I stated this was not what we wanted or requested. We ended up having to take it because of time we would have had to wait for them to call the boss.... them to locate one and get it to us. We get in the jeep... air worked when it wanted to.... the engine light stayed on.... made noises from the engine..... inside was clean but seat foam was coming out the seats.... front end light on drivers side was gone and tire on passenger side was low..... last but not least, it smelled horrible from the antifreeze dripping. We had to cut out day trip very short because of all the issues.

Despite selecting “pick up” at the Cruise port, it was about a mile walk to collect the vehicle. When I asked about it, they said the taxis don’t allow them to. This shouldn’t be an option if it’s not actually done.
Dear guest, We are very sorry you had to walk to get the car but it is not actually a mile, it is a 5 minute walk that might have felt like a mile because it is hot. In general all fine - the car is acceptable. Not sure why they tried to took my credit card details. Hope there will be no surprises in the end. Maya experience recommended not so good. Don’t waste the time
