BEWARE OF SCAMMERS! this is not a legit company! Nobody contacted us after the booking. I spent 2 days on the phone with Viator support who could only say that it's confirmed on their end but they were unable to contact the local provider. They dont do providers check so this one might appear soon just with different pictures ir name. Using anything from this app is a high risk. Try to find provider directly. The birthday party was ruined because no one showed up obviously. The local guys at the pier said they have never seen this "yacht" and never heard of this company. Hope this saves someone's time. I am still waiting for $1500 refund
One of the best days of my life, my son birthday with all his children, the yacht was ready, clean and spacious to enjoy my little great grandson. Some of us rest on the aft for skin tanning while the rest danced . Miami book with Atlantic Fantasea to have the best pictures ever and the fun no others can offer.
The captain never showed up or would answer the phone and now I'm fighting Viator for the refund!!!!
Perfect pace, friendly and informative captain, comfortable boat. Be prepared to be in the sun all of the time. Best seating is in the front
Gio was so fantastic and so much fun. I would absolutely do this again; 10/10 would recommend it. He has different route options to optimize your experience preference; you can take amazing pictures and even swim in the water.
It was the highlight of our trip. Our captain was very accommodating and gave us some extra time even tho we were a bit late. Took us to quieter spots too because we preferred that.
What a great charter. Captain Jovanni was so accommodating. We toured downtown and finished with an awesome sandbar swim. Definitely would recommend this trip.
The experience was excellent from the beginning to the end. The communication was clear and easy. We had unexpected weather and they allowed for us to reschedule no hassle. Was one of the highlights of our weekend. Giovanni, the captain, was nice and very informative. We had ample amount of time to cruise around and also have time to stop and relax at two beautiful locations he took us to swim and enjoy the views. One location was a little paradise! We were also lucky enough to spot a pod of dolphins swimming and playing around before our cruise ended. This really turned into a magical experience for all of us. :)Overall 10/10 experience!!!! I will be booking again with them again for my birthday!
Absolutely amazing boat service!! My friends and I had a blast using Tranquilo y Tropical for my bachelorette, it was one of the best boat experiences we’ve had! If you want to party in Miami I 100% recommend them!
Jovan was very friendly and took utmost care of us. The boat was clean and well maintained. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the ride.
