Excellent people to deal with, friendly and good communication Bikes were in great shape They provided locks, helmets and gave us one on one operating instructions

We had a wonderful time! They made it so incredibly easy and we had so much fun that we are going to be buying some e-bikes!

We stayed at The Brownwood Hotel and Spa and were interested in Electric Bike Rentals. We went online and found Village Bike Rentals and had 2 ebikes delivered to the hotel. Cindy and Frank welcomed us out front and gave a full demo of the bikes. We took small rides in the parking lot and then they fitted the bikes to our size. We were provided helmets, locks and bottle holders and the bikes had a cell phone mount. After loading google maps and getting paper maps with suggested rides from Cindy, we were off! What a great day we had visiting the food trucks on the Hogeye Trail, lunch at Fenney Grill and we walked the Fenney Nature Trail, which was really special. We easily cruised around all the different villages and finally made our way back. The bikes were incredible as was the service. We just locked the bikes up at the hotel and we were automatically checked out! This is a MUST DO activity in The Villages!!!

I was so happy to have found this bike rental company. Loved the ease of renting from the comfort of my home. The whole process was a breeze, from renting, paying to receiving the bikes. The cost very reasonable too. They dropped and picked up the bikes from my home. No need to find a bike rack to borrow. The owners, Frank and Cindy’s were fabulous. You can tell they love biking and making it easy and enjoyable to for others to ride. I highly recommend anyone to rent from them!!

We rented electric bikes from E- Bike Village.com on our first visit to The Villages. I made all arrangements on the website before we left and the bikes were delivered on time and ready to roll when we got there. After a 5 minute demo by Cindy, were off. Riding e- bikes let us visit all 3 Town Squares in one afternoon. If we had any questions Cindy was always just a text or phone call away! Hated to give the bikes back!
