Nice experience with the boat for us. But the service from basically any one of the staff but the owner, was horrendous. They were delayed, paid absolutely zero attention and interest. But the boat was nice and trip in it as well. So wear your patience, and go for nice experience on the sea, and forget the staff.

Bad service, unfriendly staff, they don't answer when you text them and when you call him, they're saying you need to text them but don't answer

Stupid experience. We were only told when we arrived that we couldn't use the boat today because of the weather. We then spontaneously drove to another boat rental company on the same day where we were able to use a boat without any problems. The manager had promised to cancel the booking so that we would get our money back, but in the end he didn't do that and I had to chase after my money for 2 weeks because the manager said that we had used the boat even though that wasn't the case.

The guide is not kind at all. I got ripped off because I arrived 10 minutes late and the guide asked me to go back to ( my boat was given to other people ) 15:00 and 20 minutes later he called me on the phone to tell me that I should take my boat right away and return to him 20 minutes later whereas a session is normally 2:00. I told him that he was the one who asked me to come back at 3:00 pm and he told me no that’s not true, so I refused and he refused to move the session and reimburse me. He ripped me off, be very careful. He only speaks Spanish, not French. I would not recommend 😤😤😤 (for information the session is 150€ on site without appointment whereas here he put it at 180€)

Was not told that the weather conditions had been poor prior to our session. Guys told us that they’d cancelled all previous session before ours due to the sea being too choppy AFTER we came back in panic from the bad experience . The sea was too choppy for a little boat and it felt very dangerous to be out on our own. We felt as though if we carried on it would put us in to serious harm. The water was nearly pouring into the boat, rigorously swaying side to side. We returned back as soon as we could and told we’d get a full refund of £156 but when we tried to claim a refund they only gave us 10% (£15).

Very professional english speaking company. Never hired a boat before but it was really easy. Boat much nicer than we expected and we were even given a speaker to play music which was an added bonus. Plenty of room for 5 of us. Loved every minute and it was all over far too soon. Highly recommend

Alejandrino was brilliant from first contact in booking the boat trip, They made everything so simple and easy, Arrived early to the boat brought us both on board showed us everything and explained it thoroughly in perfect English, We were unlucky in the fact that it was an extremely windy and choppy day and had to cut the trip short, We came back in to an offer of either coming back later in the day or the next or a refund of an hour! For this i would recommend them 100% and i will be back to try this out ! Top Work by Top Guys !

We rented the boat without a license yesterday afternoon. The person who welcomed us is very kind and speaks English. He takes care to explain everything. The boat is nikel. It is a pleasure. We will do it again with our eyes closed as soon as we return! Thank you so mutch! See you later Farah

Well worth the money. Boats are spotlessly clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful. So nice to be able to stop off wherever you want for a private swim. 10/10

This was a great experience! We rented the boat for 4 hours with our 2 Kids 9 and 12 years old. It was a fantastic cruise and we stopped many times for swimming. The boat is easy to steer and was almost new. You don't need more than this type of boat to have a wonderful and relaxing time on the sea. We will definetively do that again!
