Top management. Totally recommended. On Tripadvisor, the meeting point is just not quite correctly described. You have to go into the Dresden Information shop and not just look for the seating area in the basement.
The city tour was great and recommended. It is best to plan at the beginning of the journey. Through the information there are great ideas what could be visited.
