Alhambra: Visita Noturna aos Palácios Nasridos

DO NOT USE - IT IS A RIP OFF We bought 2 x guided tour tickets at 49 euros each. The guided tour was cancelled less than 24 hours before the event. The basic tickets sent to us were face value 12 euros each. Expected refund of 2 x 37 euros but only received 12 euros in total. They do not reply to texts or emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID

After getting dizzy looking for the guide and meeting point we passed the hour and could not access. From the day after, they don't give us any solution. No one contacted us even having our personal phones, only being able to contact a robot on the spot via telephone as there was no one in the public service shed. Unfortunate experience and not advisable.

Yesterday we had two entrances to the night Alhambra, we arrived there they tell us that we lack a ticket that would arrive in the mail which never arrived, we met a guide who sends us to another guide which would be the one who paid us the visit and there waiting from one place to another that sent us no one appears. The locked information booth and a phone that was only served by a robot. At no time did they give us solution even having personal entries with all our data phones etc. I'm calling and they don't give me any solution. Nefarious enterprise which I will never recommend.

We purchased the guided night tour package via trip advisor however there was no information forthcoming upon purchase from trip advisor regarding the actual specifics to where to meet etc…as well as the fact that the tour guide would have our tickets. This resulted in a delay in getting connected to our tour. Our rating reflects this snafu. Otherwise, the tour was excellent. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and able to share extra facts and details about the palace that made it very engaging. Our main recommendation is to have trip advisor make the details more available as it would have saved us time and stress!

It is easier to admire the incredible beauty of the Nasrid palaces with a guide like Jesus. His level and humor are not appreciated enough (country hug from Carmen). And with the tour you want to read the whole Alhambra. 10/10

Indispensable in the visit to Granada. it is a great experience, with visit in which there is no crowd and you can enjoy more the monuments, the light at night, the sounds..totally recommended.

I went on the 17th with my parents, sister and partner and it was a very nice experience for the 5. The visit was with Natalia, a countrywoman from Jaén, and you could see that she has been dedicated to this for years because she had a lot of freedom explaining and told many interesting anecdotes. Moreover, he always asked for doubts or if anything had not been clear, very nice the truth. I had previously done the tour a few years ago with them and it is worth repeating without any doubt. Special mention for José Carlos and Alba, a lovely couple who got us the tickets we needed in a heartbeat. We'll repeat.

They're real scammers. Its page is impersonated by the official website of La Alhambra, so you think you are buying the ticket directly with La Alhambra but it is not. Prices are inflated, but whatever search you do, you always get their page, so you end up falling into the trap. In my case, I purchased tickets to make the night visit to La Alhambra with a guide. When we arrive to make the visit it is the guide who informs us that what we have acquired is a tourist voucher called "Granada Card 24 hours", which includes among others, tickets to other monuments of the city, access to the tourist train, a voucher with 9 trips on the metropolitan bus service, ..... Unknown what they have sold me (because they never send me anything in the mail to download and print) that day I paid for tickets to different monuments, bought the bus voucher to get around the city and even paid for a ride on the tourist train. The next day I contact them and inform them that I have paid for services that included the bonus they have sold me, I send them tickets where I show what I have overpaid and ask them to at least pay me all those services since they have not informed me of what my purchase included (knowing that they will not return anything). They say that they have sent me by e-mail all the information and that I have read it (a lie as well), but that if I want me to send you by e-mail the proof of the payments that I made that day and that included the bonus. More than 2 months later I am still waiting for a response from My Top Tour. Some scoundrels. I don't give them 0 stars because I can't, so I give them 1.
