Alhambra:

Pia, that was our guide, is great. She is very calm, patient and clear about what she says. I loved Consuelo too , our guide at Alhambra.

We went to book the excursion the day before at almost the last minute; they offered us the visit to Granada without the ticket to the Alhambra because there were none left. We saw the gardens, but well, it was okay, but it would have been better with the ticket, to be honest. The experience was good; everyone was professional, from Carmen, the girl in the office, to Daniela, the girl on the tour speaking 3 languages, and of course, Manuel, the driver. I recommend it with the ticket.

They didn’t provide an itinerary or much information about what to expect from the trip. Knowing in advance that there would be a bathroom and food stop about halfway there would have been incredibly useful, especially for a 13-hour excursion. The tour was conducted in both Spanish and English, which made some of the stops considerably longer. When temperatures are in the upper 90s, those extra minutes make a real difference. We also weren’t told about the nighttime run that would close off the city center at 10:00 p.m., which was particularly important because that was the time our bus was scheduled to return from the Alhambra. We also weren’t told that the bus had USB chargers, which would have been very useful to know for such a long day. Overall, the tour itself was not bad, but the devil is in the details. For a 13-hour excursion, a detailed itinerary and basic logistical information should have been provided in advance. Knowing what to expect would have made the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable.

We were disappointed because we had booked a guided tour of the Alhambra in Granada, but it was first canceled and then changed to an audio guide. It is true that they gave us other bonuses, but the Alhambra is very large and sprawling. We really cared about the guided tour and were disappointed.

Negative experience. The guide, who was supposed to be Italian-speaking, only spoke Spanish and English during the trip from Seville to Granada because he did not know how to speak Italian. About 3 hours there and 3 hours back. A real bore. We didn't do the tour with an Italian-speaking guide, but by downloading an app on our cell phone. All this for a cost of € 338, do you think it's fair? We might as well have gone on our own. Just one thank you to Antonio (the guide for the palaces) who occasionally told us something in Italian, but only words. He didn't lack kindness, but for the amount paid and the expectations we had, they were nothing. A disaster
