Algarve Safari - Full Day Tour from Albufeira w/lunch

Absolutely brilliant, Allison the driver/guide such a pleasure, informative, friendly and made the day well worth doing, he is a credit to the company and would definitely recommend to anyone 😀 thanks for a brilliant day 😀

A brilliant day with plenty stops at stunning locations with breath taking views. Small village with chaple and fresh fruit to buy from the small shop. On to the Farm were local spirits are made which you get to sample for free and available to buy. Quick dip at a fresh water dam. Dinner in a traditional village restaurant delicious cuisine which serves local pork, squid and salad rice. Then to the lake for a final swim. Absolutely fantastic way to see more of portugal awesome day 10/10

The morning started off with a nice introduction to Ricardo, we were the only people for this full day tour. I was surprised at how old, dirty and nosy the Jeep was but we kept an open mind. The morning was full of interesting stops and learning experiences. Ricardo was knowledgeable and personable. As the morning went on, we started climbing up a dirt road hugging the mountain where in some places the road didn't look wide enough. We finally made it to the top... a little scary, but then things got worse, the road Ricardo typically takes to get down was blocked so he tried to find another route which ended up being unsafe and not drive-able, so Ricardo had no choice but to back up the very narrow passage and find a point where he could safely do a 5 point turn. At that point I was very nervous and ready to walk down the mountain. He ended up getting us out with his great driving skills... thank god. We also wanted to note that we really enjoyed the great portuguese lunch. it was fantastic.

We had a great day, we learned a lot about the Algarve region. We saw a lots of animals, we ate fresh fruits from trees, fed some animals, went of-road with the car, had a great lunch in a local restaurant and much more! Ricardo was a great guide and would definitely recommend him!

ricardo was amazing! we did the full day and seen everything we could’ve. there’s so much nature here and ricardo will tell u everything u need to know, loads of native and foreign fauna. delicious food as well, i know where i’ll be going next time i’m in albufeira! 🇵🇹

This was an amazing day. Alison was fab nothing was too much trouble and we learnt a lot about the surrounding area and history. Highly recommend. Lunch was lovely too!

Great day out visiting beautiful places. We saw so much nice and wonderful nature around. Also we enjoyed a tipical Portuguese food. Very very nice trip

Firstly I'd like to thank our tour guide Jorje, from the moment of pick up our driver was just superb 👌His knowledge about each destination was incredible and he was so passionate when explaining the culture of each stop. We didn't stop laughing. From start to finish this tour was worth it, I'd say it was the highlight of our girls trip, culture, history, a dip in the water, great food, lovely insight to local produce and a great way to support local businesses!

The tour is fantastic and the tour guide is friendly and very generous. I love the foods that they’ve serve very delicious. The place so amazing and it’s my first time to do safari tour and not much tourists this Month of March which is nice for me.

Honestly, we had a blast! Everything was great. The day's program is great, the activity is well thought out, the lunch perfect and the guide great! Do not hesitate.
